Riad Laaroussa

"Риад выше всяких похвал! Изначально я остановилась в другом, а сюда пришла в хаммам (кстати тоже очень хороший) и всё, не смогла уйти, тут же забронировала номер и переехала на оставшиеся дни в Фесе. Прекрасные девушки на ресепшене сразу предложили чай и в последующие дни всегда наливали его по первой просьбе. Сервис отличный. Необходим был трансфер в 4 утра, всё подготовили, встретили, сопроводили до машины и даже приготовили ранний завтрак, что было неожиданно и приятно. Номер уютный, чистый (что редко для Феса) и теплый! Моя поездка омрачилась плохой погодой и дождем, в предыдущем риаде я замерзла, тут же тепло и уют с настоящей марокканской атмосферой, аутентичной мебелью и местным колоритом. Удобная локация - выходишь и сразу центр Медины, все необходимое в пешей доступности. Великолепный сад из которого не хочется уходить. Буду ещё раз в Фесе - только сюда. Хочется возвращаться и наслаждаться, наслаждаться, наслаждаться! Спасибо сотрудникам риада, процветания вам!"

"У отеля продумано всё. И своё место на паркинге, и встречающий вас персонал с тележкой, чтобы привезти багаж в риад. Точку на паркинг присылают заранее - это супер комфортно и понятно. Общение через WhatsApp тоже помогает и все пожелания воплощаются мгновенно. При заезде подарили марокканские бабуши, а в душе стояло национальное мыло для хамама, это приятно и впечатлительно, когда ты хочешь узнать страну. Персонал прекрасный. Мы жили в сером люксе, это очень атмосферное место. Топили камин, пили вино у огня. Персонал делал всё, чтобы наш отдых был волшебным. Спасибо !"

"The riad is very spacious and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. They even provided lavender lotion in the room, which was a lovely touch. It is located in the Medina, about an 8-minute walk through the main old town area. The staff kindly helped me with my luggage, and everything was well organized. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was excellent. I only wish I could have stayed longer."

"I had to leave early in the morning, and the team was very kind to accommodate an earlier breakfast time for me, which I truly appreciated. However, there was a small miscommunication with the staff, and the porter almost brought me to the wrong meeting point for my private transfer. I had to clarify and sort it out myself. This is not directly related to the riad, but as the property is located inside the Medina, a stranger approached me and pretended he was there to pick me up. For future guests, I would recommend double-checking their name and confirming details with the riad before following anyone. Overall, my stay was comfortable and pleasant."

"The staff were wonderful, the rooms were very spacious and the large pool was so nice to come home to after a day out exploring. The food at Bistro Laaroussa was delicious and the fact that they provided a guide to walk with us if we were eating out somewhere new, was so appreciated and such a great service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"Beautiful Riad in the middle of the medina. Gorgeous pool/spa, gorgeous rooftop, gorgeous food, gorgeous rooms - gorgeous everything…even a gorgeous tortoise! Staff are top class and cannot do enough for you, but are not overly intrusive. There is a real team spirit among staff which really adds to the laidback, happy atmosphere! Looking forward to returning here soon, and many thanks to all who work in Riad Laaroussa for making our stay so special!"
