"The WiFi was never working, there was no soap in the bathroom and even if I asked the maids said it's not provided. The cabinets in the kitchen had no salt no sugar no coffee or tea. Nothing. Unacceptable."

"The place was dirty, the bed sheets smelt bad were dirty and the beds were so uncomfortable, the showers and bathroom were not clean and full of mould and had spiders and spider webs all over the property. The owner of the property told us she would bring us towels but never did."

"The apartments are located above a restaurant, which caused significant noise disturbances in the evening and late into the night, as the rooms are not soundproofed. The beds had old, sagging spring mattresses, and the sheets wouldn’t stay in place. After rain, the balcony remained wet, and there were no cleaning supplies available—no mop, bucket, or basic equipment. The kitchen was poorly equipped; for example, the electric kettle was missing its lid. There were no trash bags, dish sponges, and there was a shortage of toilet paper. Parking was more expensive than indicated in the booking instructions, and the parking staff were unfamiliar with the accommodation, so they couldn’t provide directions or assistance."

"Really lively location around the property with plenty of bars and nightlife. Lake Ohrid is right across the doorstep with grassy areas to sunbathe."

"It's not the greatest view of the lake because under the terrace of your room, you have a roof from the bar, which is located under your room. From the bar which is located under room you have music allmost all day till 1 AM. Room It's not soundproof. We had a bad experience with other guest because they made a lot of noise, pulling chairs.. and etc. We could hear them. If you are there for parties, maybe it will be okay for you."

"There is everything you need to have in the apartment, it is right on the sea line with a nice view on the lake, a nice walk to the city center and all the sightseeing and around 25min walking distance to the main station."

"The apartment with the lake view is situated right above a bar which plays music on the weekday until 12am and on the weekend until 1am. I am a light sleeper so for me it was difficult to fall asleep in the earplugs as even through them all the music and noise from the bar were heard, but my friend didn’t have any difficulties with falling asleep, so it is mainly a concern for the light sleepers. The music starts around 4pm ( maybe earlier, we were never earlier in the apartment) and you can hear it both with the closed and open window. Most probably if you take the apartment with the Mountain View there won’t be any disturbance. Everything else was perfect."
