"If it hadn't been for Elisabeth, the professional receptionist, the arrival would have been an absolute disaster and my rating would have been very poor. The hotel, the owner and the managers owe it to Elisabeth that we stayed and had a good experience. There was an overbooking upon arrival. No room was available because the manager was unable to find out about the functions and regulations of booking.com. Not only were we simply sent away, but we also had to find an alternative and pay for it ourselves. Unfortunately, it was difficult for us from Nigeria to inform booking.com employees... and we didn't want to cause any problems for Elisabeth, who was seriously looking for solutions... and even paid for the taxi for us with her private money...
