Breakfast showing that the owner is caring person. Additionally great home parfumes from Rituals and lots of things making cosy atmosphere. Parking just at the house. Very easy connection to Central railway station. Hostess was very helpful and caring, we really enjoyed every moment of our stay in Tilburg."

"When I stayed there was only an electric heater in the main room and no heating in the bathroom. It was sufficient at the end of March but wouldn't recommend staying there during the winter, if there is no other heating at the room. There are many restrictions as it is not allowed to eat cooked food in the room, it's not allowed to go out in the big yard. I understand that these help to maintain the place in a good condition but I would prefer to live with fewer restrictions when I pay a considerable amount of money for my accommodation."
