"Нет лифта, очень крутые лестницы"
"Отель красивый, уютный и чистый. Персонал очень отзывчивый и доброжелательный. Рассказали самые интересные места и вообще помогали! В баре подают очень вкусный кофе. При заезде выдают шампунь и гель. В первый день нам не повезло с кроватью, сломалась как присели с дороги, но нам быстро заменили номер, и внесли было все отлично."
"Очень важно для меня было знать что бар БЕЗ алкоголя. Слышимость была очень сильная. Уборка номеров производилась ежедневно, но! Если вы не вышли из номера до 10 его вам не уберут, а при том что в Амстердаме основная жизнь ночная, проснуться бывает сложно. Вода в душе нагревается 10-15 минут."

"The location is absolutely perfect. I was pleasantly surprised as we entered, as being in the heart of the red light district I thought it might be a bit run down, but the lobby is absolutely stunning! One of the loveliest I’ve seen. The room also was really well taken care of with a really good shower. The beds were so comfortable too. Also every member of staff we encountered was so friendly and helpful, and when we decided to add an extra night to our stay (at 2 am on the day we were leaving lol) the night staff were amazing and arranged it straight away. I will DEFINITELY return to this hotel."
"The stairs are very steep, but that’s actually the same as every building along the canals in Amsterdam and it’s made quite clear in the listing and we packed light as was recommended. Saying that, I was also expecting the stairs to be a bit uneven and rickety based on its location, and even though they were steep they again well taken care of."

"We stayed here as a group of four women and were a little apprehensive after reading some negative reviews, but they were far from accurate. Our room was spacious, well kept, and very comfortable. The bathroom was lovely, and having our own private bathroom made the stay even better. The location was excellent, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We would happily recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again."
