"Великолепный отель в самом центре Осло. Идеально чистый, с роскошными улыбчивыми девушками на ресепшен, всегда готовыми помочь. Очень удобная кровать, прекрасные подушки, белоснежные полотенца и вкуснейший разнообразный завтрак! Особенно было приятно съесть свежеиспеченный круассан с джемом и выпить кофе перед ранним отъездом в 4 утра. Такого сервиса я не встречала ни в одном дорогом отеле."

"В целях безопасности гостей, на лифте можно приехать только на свой этаж. Так как мы были с детьми, а их поселили на другом этаже, очень сложно было встречаться в номере у нас или у них, приходилось обмениваться ключами или ездить туда-сюда вместе. Если безопасность превыше всего, советую селить семьи и друзей на одном этаже."

"We were In room 745 and I noticed the art work was odd. But in the middle of the night when it is dark the picture is horrific to me and I feel it should be taken down. I know it’s modern art but this one should be censored. Or maybe art is in the eyes of the. Beholder!"

"From arrival to breakfast the next morning, everything exceeded expectations. Upon arrival, the bar next to the reception/lobby was buzzing with cheerful people and radiated a warm, welcoming atmosphere — a perfect start to our stay. After enjoying a couple of drinks at the bar, we headed to the second floor for dinner at the restaurant, which was a true culinary delight of the highest standard. Following a restful night’s sleep in a wonderfully comfortable bed, we were treated to an exceptionally extensive and delicious breakfast. What makes the whole experience even more special is the staff: without exception, everyone was genuinely hospitable, friendly, and attentive."

"Spacious and clean room with firm mattress and comfy duvet. Very nice and friendly receptionists - offered to help carrying the luggage; brought the food delivery I ordered from Wolt to my room). Also asked for feedback when I checked out. Decent breakfast - my favourite are there are fresh fruits (e.g. passion fruits) to choose from, and they’d give you a pot of coffee."

"No sauna or pools, but that’s ok. There’s a gym but I didn’t go. The double bed is actually two single beds put together - and there are two single-sized duvets instead of a double-sized one. But that wasn’t horrible either. The waiters at the breakfast would come and collect the plates before I finished it - kind of caught me by surprise."
