"Rooms were clean and had everything you need. Breakfast was plentiful and there was a great selection."
"Room was too hot. Had to open window to cool down to be able to sleep. No sea side entrance. You had to carry your luggage up and around to street level."
"Really good experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived about 3 hours before check-in and the room was prepared quickly, in about half an hour, so we could rest after a long journey. The room was nice and clean, the shower and toilet big enough and really clean. The hotel has free parking, we also got instructions where we could park in case it would be full. On top of everything, there was a very good and varied breakfast. Thank you!"

"Seeing as every other hotel in the area was stupidly expensive this one was “ok”. The staff were all superb from the beautiful receptionists to the restaurant staff. Was only a one night stop over but it was comfortable and the food was good. No trouble with storing my bike either."
"Nothing in the room to even make a cup of tea. No fridge in the room. For the price I’d say the rooms need updating. It’s crazy basic is not slightly below in my opinion. People pay the price because options are limited. It’s also crazy full of tours."

"Given the number of people who stay here in the summer to visit Nord Kapp, it would be a good idea to offer some kind of later breakfast option. Maybe a "breakfast box" that could be delivered outside the room? We had to get up earlier than we would have liked so as not to go hungry the next day."

"What is it about receptionists? They are the first impression to all guests and if they struggle to offer a warm welcome they should find another job. I was in the service industry all my working life and if greeted my customers the way I was greeted I wouldn’t be retired now. Smile, it’s free!"
