"• The check in process was very easy and relaxed. • Yaqoob and his family were very pleasant, informative, and gave good local advice for restaurants. • The view from the balcony was beautiful! We wish we had stayed longer than one night. • We recommend going to ‘Mountain Burger’ for dinner which is very close. Best burger we ever had."

"• There were no bed side tables or tables in the room. It would be useful to have at least one. We ended up bringing in the table from the balcony."

"Great location. It has a view over Misfat Al Abriyeen but is easy to get to. The hotels in the old village are tricky to access if your luggage is anything but backpacks. Big room. Nice breakfast. Clean. We stayed one night but could easily have stayed longer."

"The location was great, perfect to reach everything in Nizwa on foot. We really appreciated the aesthetics of the place: the furniture, small details, roof terrace and a great view. Those who like such things will enjoy this accommodation. The beds were very comfy too. We didn’t have breakfast there, as we felt that there were enough good options around."

"Шикарные большие изолированные номера, со своим приватным двориком за высоким забором. Свой приватный бассейн в это дворике. Современный огромный телевизор, 85 дюймов, не меньше. Ужин и завтрак (за небольшую плату) приносят прямо в номер. Чистый большой сан/узел, с отдельной ванной, и отдельным душем. Мощный кондиционер (15 или 16 класса). Огромная мягкая кровать, с шикарным постельным бельем. Вечером все постояльцы с администратором собираются за отелем, между барханами у костра. Всё просто великолепно. Если вы думаете, что цена достаточно высока - она компенсируется с лихвой всеми плюсами отеля"

"Very nice location and friendly owner. The dinner was the best meal we had during our Oman trip! Its very practical for tours to Snake Canyon (they can organise this) and a visit to Bilad Sait. In the evening its nice to sit outside on their terrace."

"Abdul Hakeem is such a kind and warm-hearted person. He picked us up because we only had a 2WD car and immediately made us feel welcome. On the way, he even did a bit of dune bashing for us, which was so much fun. The sunset and stargazing were an absolute dream, and having the entire camp just for ourselves made the experience even more special. We were treated to delicious dates from his own garden, and his wife prepared the most amazing tea for us. This experience was truly unforgettable, and we would definitely come back without hesitation."
