"Не понравилось, что не было горячей воды в ванне и на кухне, не работал телевизор у джакузи, не работала сауна, не работал гриль на улице даже после того, как мы сами заменили пустой газовый баллон на полный, не было ни капли питьевой воды. Персонал по английски совсем не говорит, о том, что это всё не работает не предупреждает при заселении. То есть ты долго сам пытаешься включить, потом пол часа им звонишь, они приходят и констатируют факт, что не работает. Вопрос - почему сразу не сказали🤷‍♀️"

"LIGHTING THE BARBECUE WAS DIFFICULT AS THE IGNITION WAS CHALLENGING, THE LIGHTER WAS NOT GOOD. INSTRUCTION MANUALS TO BE PROVIDED FOR THE EQUIPEMENTS. THERE WAS POWER OFF AND WAS NOT ABLE TO FIX IT. AS IT WAS THE TIME ABOUT TO CHECK OUT SO WE MANAGED."

"The property was absolutely amazing! We loved the outdoor seating area with the pool and swing seat, the jacuzzi's and sauna were also wonderful. It is close by to walk to see the beautiful mountain views. Our whole stay was so relaxing and just what we needed. Our children were in love with the "fancy" hotel!"

"Needs some written instructions for the sauna, jacuzzi and wifi - it was hard to work some the technical things out and then remember all of it from the check-in instructions. The Wifi code was unclear as the first letter looks like a capital C, but is in fact a small letter. The cushions next to the sauna/warm pool were mouldy. The double bedroom is an open plan with the bath, kitchen and sofa, which is fine but could be a bit clearer in the description. Needs tea towels for washing up, hand towels and a surface cloth also - or bring these with you."
