"The hotel is very nice and in a stunning location. It is a perfect place to stay if you wish to hike to Uyu uyo. Yanque itself is pleasant and we found a couple of good restaurants for our evening meals. We enjoyed the fresh juice in the morning."

"There was a power cut the night we were there, but it wasn’t the hotels fault and they gave us candles for our room, which made for a nice atmosphere."
"The room was very comfortable, spacious and cozy with a dining table and two chairs, private bathroom with shower. The room was quite cold, but there were warm blankets. The only serious disadvantage is the lack of mosquito nets and despite of the cold weather there are plenty of mosquitos. Breakfast is scrambled eggs with tea, jam, mango juice and coffee americano. There is free parking available and tea and coffee at reception as a compliment to hotel guests."

"La Cabaña de Huerta Mar es un ambiente acogedor que brinda calidez y calma. Los anfitriones son personas muy amables y atentas a cualquier necesidad. Cuentan con una huerta adorable y unos acompañantes de cuatro patas cariñosos. Los techos elevados de la casa hacen que se mantenga el ambiente lo suficientemente fresco a comparación de la sensación térmica que se percibe al exterior. Considero que es un ambiente excepcional para quienes buscan un refugio hogareño y calmado. Linda experiencia :)"

"Excelente sitio para un paseo en familia o amigos, las instalaciones limpias, con todos los servicios incluidos. La piscina es lo mejor y la ubicación ya que está cerca de la playa."
"The pool was pristine, very well looked after and warm! Staff were friendly, we were the only guests for most of our stay because of it being rainy season and just outside of carnival time when it was fully booked. There are a number of animals (dog, cats etc.) which are also very keen to get to know you! It's right on the beach and while you can't enter the sea as it's very choppy, it's nice to walk along. You can also sit on covered seats on the beach and watch the sun go down. Food didn't make us ill which is always a bonus. Bed was massive and shower was really powerful."

"The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The restaurant is excellent and the staff very helpful. There is secure parking (gate in front is closed at night). The downtown shops and markets are a short walk from the hotel. The hotel is easy to find on the main road on the north side of town. There appeared to be a drinks bar on the property but not integrated with the hotel or restaurant."
