"Большая часть нашего впечатления положительная: удачное расположение, потрясающий вид из номера , приветливый персонал. Но началось всё не совсем гладко и именно поэтому считаю важным рассказать об опыте полностью. Плюсы: Отель находится в очень живописном, тихом районе, рядом с площадью Сан Блас: узкие мощённые улочки, рядом кафе, магазины. Из многих номеров открывается шикарный вид на Куско. Персонал был очень отзывчивым и дружелюбным. Вкусный завтрак."

"Нюансы: Изначально нас заселили в номер с видом на внутренний дворик. В номере было холодно (в Куско, утром и ночью может быть прохладно, но всё же хотелось теплее). Стены местами выглядели слегка облезлыми от сырости — т к внутренний дворик, влажность, возможно меньше света и проветривания. После обращения к персоналу нас сразу же переселили в другой номер с шикарным видом на город. Номер был теплый, более свежий, и ощущение пребывания стало значительно приятнее."

"The views from the room were spectacular! We even got to witness a firework show straight from the bed ☺️ the breakfast was tasty and the staff were super accommodating. It’s also a great base to explore the San Blas neighbourhood!"

"Everything was perfect… the room, the building, location, breakfast, services. We appreciated how you could have access all day to hot water to make mate to help with altitude sickness. Also, they helped us organize a tour of the Sacred Valley less than one day in advance at a reasonable price and it was amazing."

"It would have been a 10 if not for this one thing: we had one night booked where we actually stayed at Machu Picchu. We left the sign to not disturb as we left most of our belongings at Tariq, and when we came back we noticed the staff cleaned the room and moved our things around. As someone who deeply cares about privacy when traveling, it was quite upsetting to notice the staff disregarded our request to not enter the room."

"The staff is extremely nice and try their best to accomandate your needs. Both the location and infrastructure are perfect. The rooms are wide and very clean and you can enjoy a fresh and tasty breakfast on the last floor looking at Cusco surroundings and Mountains."
