"Расположение прекрасное, вид из окна великолепный. Зарезервировали номер с 1 кроватью, получила e- mail с запросом о типе кровати. Итог- номер с двумя кроватями. В номере обещали чай или кофе. Есть только чайник и сухие сливки. Телевизор выключался самопроизвольно каждые 20-25 минут К завтраку скорее всего надо приходить к 8 утра. В 9:30 еда уже была холодная, подогрева не была. Все это мелочи, которые можно было бы решить, но если приехал в субботу поздно вечером, а выехал утром в воскресенье - хочешь комфорта и заявленного сервиса. В то же время уютно, красиво, великолепное озеро и прекрасный пирс со скамейками."

"I will start with all the good stuff because there is a lot - location - perfect. You wake up next to a beautiful lake, and you can walk from the property to lots of hiking areas without a car or public transport. Also, there is a bus next to the hotel that goes straight to Olsztyn centre. The food is amazing - breakfast is great, and the food in the restaurant that is located on the property is delicious and not expensive. The room was huge and we had a balcony. We also had a jacuzzi, which was a great bonus. The whole place is cozy and really relaxing."

"Some of the staff do not speak English and are not making an effort to assist. We stayed for 5 nights and the room wasn't cleaned even once. We had to go to the reception every day to ask for lean towels and for toilet paper."

"We booked an executive room at the hotel with lake view. When we arrived we were informed that the room we booked is unavailable! We were given a standard room- small sized, basic furnished with no air condition and of course- no lake view. The receptionist tried to comfort us with a bottle of wine and a reduced price for the room. The experience of a lake view hotel(WHICH HAS AN EXCELLENT RESTAURANT) was totally ruined!"

"The rooms were spacious, clean and a joy to stay in. Great facilities and comfortable beds. The restaurant served delicious food and the waiting staff were very attentive. The view across the lake is breathtaking and the area very peaceful. It was also very good value for money. Would definitely stay again."

"Where do I start I have travelled all round Poland love the country but being a women of colour this is definitely a place I will not go again I have never been treated with such disrespect in my whole life to the point where I was a guest here and was told I couldn't even get a table in the restaurant for a evening meal the staff did nor acknowledge me at all but bent over backwards for the other diners things got so bad they had me in tears wake up guys in a world of uncertainty it costs nothing to be nice or polite ONE WORLD ONE LOVE AND ONE HUMAN RACE so please take note welcome Yr guests especially people of colour"

"Sloping roofs, I hit my head a few times but I got used to them. The staircase was narrow but luckily my hubby carried my suitcase up"

"Pyszne śniadania :) Bardzo fajna miejscówka, przepiękny widok na jezioro. W łazience super udogodnienie w postaci wanny masującej. Przestronny pokój, dwa balkony - jesteśmy zadowoleni :)"

"Czystość nie do końca spełniła oczekiwania, stolik na balkonie był bardzo brudny, po wejściu do pokoju czuć było troszkę "kurzem", ale po wywietrzeniu wszystko było ok. Stolik w pokoju też niedokładnie wytarty, widoczne smugi; spłuczka w toalecie była wadliwa, po skorzystaniu zawsze trzeba było ją poprawiać, bo leciała woda."
