This 5-star resort has a 6 outdoor swimming pool and offers spa facilities. Located 2 km from Carvoeiro Beach, it offers luxurious suites and linked villas with private balconies and panoramic views. All suites and townhouses at Monte Santo Resort are decorated in soft, beige colours and come equipped with air conditioning and LCD TV. They include a modern kitchen and a spacious living area. "Кровати раздельные и разъезжаются ,это просто 2 собранные вмести односпальные кровати,и кучи муравьев даже в дверцах холодильника,на диванах и даже после обработки муравьи появились снова,вы сидите на диване и по вам ползают муравьи ну такое себе,мы жили в гольф клубах в домах в Португалии и такого не встречали никогда"
"Понравилась турецкая баня, сауна и большой бассейн. Все работало! По этим критериям мы и выбирали отель для отдыха в Алгарве зимой. Быстрое заселение и выселение, дружелюбный персонал во всем отеле. Большой уютный роскошный люкс. В номере была и ванна и душевая кабина, что очень удобно. Большая, комфортная кровать и постельные принадлежности. Уборка номера и смена полотенец была каждый день. Отличная шумоизоляция номеров, соседей вообще не слышно. Система кондиционирования работает очень тихо, в номере было очень тепло. Большая территория для прогулок, на территории есть и детские площадки, и теннисный корт и площадка для занятий спортом. Завтрак по типу «шведский стол» был разнообразен, единственное нет никаких сырых овощей/салата. В остальном все прекрасно."
"В номере не было фена, пришлось полчаса ходить с мокрой головой после душа, пока мне принесли фен. Ну как так? В номере отеля 5* нет фена? В номере на кухне не было кухонной доски и штопора, в остальном все необходимое было. В номере не было пакетиков с чаем, лежали только 2 капсулы кофе. Чай, кофе, бутылка воды в номере - это все платное и входит в прайс мини-бара. Из прайса мини-бара некоторых опций не было в номере. При выселении, нам сказали, что мы ничего не должны платить, если брали что-то из мини-бара, это подарок от отеля в новогодние выходные."
"Beautiful grounds, efficient and professional staff, very clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds and kitchen that was well stocked with utensils and cooking equipment. Parking available near our room. We had breakfast at the resort once and it was very good. Quiet, residential area and a nice but longer hike to town. You need a car here but will use it for your adventures around the Algarve! Indoor heated pool was one of the main reasons we booked here for our March visit as outdoor pools are open but too cold for most."
"We tried to have breakfasts and lunches in our rooms to lower costs and so would have appreciated hand towels for the kitchen and dish washing soap (we bought some). Also bring your own hair conditioner. When we visited, it was cool and rained quite a bit and there is not much to do at the resort so keep in mind you'll need to be out and about. The hot tub was disappointing, small and not very hot with weak jets. Turkish bath was closed during our visit. Basically winter seems to be a time for repairs and upgrades in Portugal, keep this in mind and be ready to spend your days off the resort. With so much to do in the Algarve, it shouldn't be a barrier!"

"Our 5th time staying at MS and 2nd time this year. Excellent as always. Accommodation superb, breakfast excellent. Staff great. Gardens looking excellent after the replanting programme. Great to see them repainting some of the blocks now."
"Spa area needs a bit of TLC. One hot tub out of action, the other barely functioning. Steam room door wouldnt shut, sauna door handle broken. Small things but they are very visible. However, overall the resort is superb."

"The location -walking distance to the beach was great. Peaceful atmosphere, very chill. Very well equipped with everything you need. Magnificent views from the room. Friendly staff, although it was off-season so everything was a little slow."

"Quiet, clean, comfy, friendly, good breakfast that has everything one could think of. Hikers of the fisherman trail should consider the small detour to reach this outstanding place. We hitched there and the very friendly hosts drove us back the next morning (~2km)."

"Старое колоритное здание и правда похоже на музей. Номера, тем не менее, комфортные, с хорошим ремонтом, просторным санузлом. Очень чисто, тихо. Персонал очень доброжелательный и заботливый. Мы приехали в Возело к друзьям, но городок очень колоритный и по нему приятно было погулять. Также есть старый римский мост и длинная пешеходно-велосипедная дорога с богатой растительностью и красивыми видами. Я рекомендую Casa Museu для остановки в этом городке. Я с удовольствием также воспользуюсь этой возможностью."

"Замечательное место. Дом, который мы арендовали был уютным и чистым. Несмотря на холодную погоду в доме было тепло благодаря кондиционеру. Очень понравился сад. "Cosy room.in a traditional old farm building. The table by the swimming pool had a fabulous vista down the valley to Vizela and beyond; perfect for watching the sunset directly ahead whilst bats fly around and sipping the delicious wine made by the family. We regret not bringing some home! The owner went the extra mile for us, for example taking our laundry and ironing even in the middle of a heatwave"
