"The kids loved the pool facilities. Miss Tandin and Me Shyam on the desk were particularly helpful. They arranged to meet our needs with a pleasant smile. The room service was excellent and well trained. Thank you all"

The location was a little to the edge of the city but that may be a good thing for some looking for peace & quiet. The decor is a bit dated

"A fun and colourful resort close to Grenada airport. We stayed here for a few nights at the start of our trip to Grenada and really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and reasonably comfortable; it had nice doors out with direct pool access and even had a small kitchenette. The grounds of the hotel are well thought out and it's nice to have the choice of pools, each with different views and vibes! The restaurant is great and we had some delicious meals, "Street Food Wednesday" was a highlight of our trip! There was also a wide range of tours and activities; we did a full island tour which was really worth it."

There are limited amenities near this hotel - other than the university, there is no town/restaurants/beach to walk to. The hotel was great and organizing taxis however and there is a free shuttle to the beach!

En el gimnasio no funcionaban las maquinas. La habitación está bien es limpia y cómoda pero se podría actualizar un poco la decoración. Por ser un resort en el precio podría estar incluido el desayuno

"Мне все понравилось, территория, пляж, чисто, я бы вернулась в этот отель обязательно! Наше пребывание выпало на середину недели, и в отели было мало народу, было шикарно! Пальмы, тишина. Ресторан отличный!"

Единственный момент, который мне не понравился, это то, что отель взимает плату с каждого туриста - туристический налог. Я жила в бунгало одна, но с меня взяли плату за 2 человека! И вероятно, это ошибка букинга, а не отеля, так как букинг указал что в бунгало живет 2 туриста, хотя я бронировала одноместное размещение. Конечно, это всего 5 евро...)) но это не приятно.

"Exceptional staff that turn this hotel into an unforgettable getaway. The whole place truly transports you somewhere else. The staff, coming from all over the Caribbean, were incredibly warm and friendly, making our stay feel genuinely special. The owner was fantastic—always present, talking with us, sharing stories, and really bringing them to life. It has been a delightful trip and a wonderful stay. We travelled with kids and it was the perfect set up. There are no real windows (only blinds and mosquito nets), so when the kids got loud, the neighbors could hear us. However room ventilation is really good, as there is a nice breeze at night. The location is also very convenient, well connected to both the north and the south. The food was surprisingly very good for a 4 night stay, breakfast was delicious. The pool and surroundings are wonderful. Would stay here every time I go back to Dominica."

The beach sand was a bit uncomfortable with lots of rocks and twigs.

"It was very clean and there was a range of different food and drink options which were all great. The staff were super friendly. The room was comfortable and spacious with a great view from our balcony."

"Атмосфера, персонал, вид из окна нашего номера, отношение к гостям, питание, бассейн. В отеле думают о комфорте гостей. Тапочки и халаты в номере, в халате удобно ходить в бассейн, сейф, розетки разных стандартов, не надо привозить с собой переходник. Близко паром на соседний остров, там можно сесть в красный двухэтажный автобус и совершить 2х часовое путешествие по острову. Напротив выхода из аэропорта остановка прямого автобуса ТD1, который привезёт к отелю, выходить на остановке Ахраш. Цена 3.50 евро. В пути 1.5 часа. Отель находится в очень красивом месте."

Далековато от аэропорта, тусклый свет в ванной комнате, пора постирать шторы и занавески в номере.

"Больше всего понравился вид с террасы ресторана, где проходили завтраки. Вид на крюгер парк и реку, в которой купались бегемоты каждый день. Вид на красивейшие закаты."

Номер был довольно скромный., очень простой. От кровати пахло неприятно - как будто красили дерево или еще что то. В номере был балкон с видом на реку , но не панорамный ( с одной стороны какая то колючая проволока и кусты) . Завтрак довольно скромный, выбор блюд небольшой.

In general, I really did like the property. It is perhaps not as fresh as it could be however that is part of its attraction.

"The location is ideal for a first-time traveler to Kokopo it is right in the center of the city. Staff is friendly and helpful. The food is good, and the restaurant well located for a good view to the now quiet volcano in Rabaul and the Duke of York islands during the day."

"Очень живописная « деревенька» в стиле этно. На территории есть отдельно стоящие домики разного размера в старинном стиле и есть небольшой корпус отеля . Очень красивое ландшафтное оформление с прудиками, ручей есть даже внутри отдельно стоящего ресторана. В ресторане отличное обслуживание и вкусная еда. Есть очень красивый открытый бассейн, жаль что в это время года он не работает. Завтраки очень хорошие. На ресепшен очень приятные люди."

Складывается такое впечатление, что в объект вложено много средств, а сейчас на эксплуатацию их выделяется не совсем достаточно.

"Красивая территория, чистый пляж, хороший персонал. Останавливались в вилле с 3 спальнями. Очень удобная планировка, но мебель и оборудование устаревшие. Очень шумные старые кондиционеры. Ночью приходилось их выключать, так как совершенно невозможно спать. Даже днем они вызывали дискомфорт сильным шумом. Все межкомнатные двери полностью из легкого металла, очень странное решение. Закрывались с сильным стуком и скрипом. Есть кухня с плитой, микроволновой печью, холодильником, но нет никакой посуды, кроме чашек. В пивном баре, расположенном в гостинице, нет никакой информации про happy hour, хотя эта опция есть. Только один официант из нескольких работающих сказал нам про это и учитывал в счете. Остальные приносили счет без скидки, приходилось каждый раз указывать на это. В аква центре нет прайс листа с ценами, все со слов работника, как на рынке."

"Excellent location, plenty of facilities on the grounds to choose from. Mambo beach was not too crowsded as we feared, and there was no construction in the area. Great customer service too, we appreciated the followup email asking if there is anything we need during our stay and our request was immediately granted."

Staff could have been a bit more friendlier, especially Hemingway/receptionists. Also there was a slight smell of mold in our room. You can pay in EUR, but not worth it since the change you will get back is in USD, hence losing money.

"It was right off the main road into Lusaka so was very easy to get to. The room was large and airy. The food and service in the dinning room was excellent"

"Отдых получился замечательным! В первую очередь для нас было главным наличие безбарьерной среды, так как наш сын передвигается на инвалидной коляске. Наш апартамент находился всего в нескольких минутах от моря, был удобный спуск к морю на коляске. По территории мы тоже могли передвигаться, единственное — вверх подняться не могли, так как подъём слишком высокий. Персонал был очень внимательным и доброжелательным."

Питание в ресторане показалось однообразным, почти каждый день было одно и то же. Мы также ходили в пиццерию на берегу моря, где кухня нам понравилась.

The hotel can definitely do with some upgrades.

"The location is the best. Easy access when arriving at Lac Rose. Most activities are located right in front of the hotel (horse/camel riding, quad rental to ride in the sand dunes, etc). The hotel is literally on the lake, with the terrasse and dining area built over the water."

Some items on the menu tasted like they were not fresh. The AC in the room was a bit underperforming and noisy. The lock on the glass door going to the balcony was broken and could not be locked.

The resort is not in walking distance to San Ignacio. You need a car (and worse a parking spot) to go there. This makes you dependent on the hotel‘s facilities and restaurant. Be aware that the breakfast included only means a small selection of breakfast choices. Whenever you want something extra eg eggs you pay extra! You pay a 10% „service charge“ on everything, even on the organization of tours, which is quite a ripoff. I did some activities organized by the hotel. These tours (especially the mayan cooking class) are real good, however as a single I had to pay for two people (minus a small discount). Moreover, tax & „service charge“ were added to the net prices mentioned in the flyer. Taken together this makes these tours unacceptably expensive.

"Очень дружелюбный персонал, всегда с улыбкой, стараются помочь если к ним обращаешься и в целом всегда уточняют все ли хорошо и нравился ли нам отдых. Очень чисто, уборка приходила стабильно 2 раза в день, всегда есть вода в номере и свежие полотенца. Небольшой, но хороший спортзал. Еда в ресторане Nomad - супер, большой выбор, каждый вечер разная тематика (морепродукты, маврикийская еда, индийская, арабская, итальянская). Так же за время пребывания в отеле мы ездили на снорклинг и научились кататься на водных лыжах!"

Иногда протекала вода под душевой дверью в ванную комнату, но за счет частой уборки я в этом проблемы не вижу:)
