The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The quality of the hotel is excellent, with every detail thoughtfully catered to for a relaxing stay. The ambiance is wonderfully chill, perfect for unwinding. Очень посредственный завтрак и ужин, не берите полупансион, бессмысленная трата денег. Плюс в номере не очень хорошая шумоизоляция окон, из-за чего слышно всю ночь признающие мимо машины

I wish that we could access the beach from the property.

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

"Excellent location, plenty of facilities on the grounds to choose from. Mambo beach was not too crowsded as we feared, and there was no construction in the area. Great customer service too, we appreciated the followup email asking if there is anything we need during our stay and our request was immediately granted."

Staff could have been a bit more friendlier, especially Hemingway/receptionists. Also there was a slight smell of mold in our room. You can pay in EUR, but not worth it since the change you will get back is in USD, hence losing money.

Номер был довольно скромный., очень простой. От кровати пахло неприятно - как будто красили дерево или еще что то. В номере был балкон с видом на реку , но не панорамный ( с одной стороны какая то колючая проволока и кусты) . Завтрак довольно скромный, выбор блюд небольшой.

"I thought the meals were good overall and the locations (I.e. grill, restaurant) very convenient. The staff at Divi were very professional, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. My family felt welcomed throughout our stay and really enjoyed our time at the resort."

We would have preferred for our rooms to be closer together however we appreciate that the hotel was able to accommodate our additional request to have the rooms on the first floor in order to accommodate my elderly mom.

Check air conditioner operation before sleeping! We down graded to beach front from water bungalow but didnt get discount or reimbursement from booking dot com. :( Had noisy neighouring resort from parties over 2 days.

Отель тянет на хорошие 4 звезды. Но не как не на 5 звезд. В номере не было халатов, минибар был пуст!!!! Кол- во вешалок в шкафу - 4 шт на двоих. Когда попросили дополнительное кол- во принесли пластиковые. Два ресторана на берегу из двух не работали 3 дня в неделю. Возможно был не сезон. Но тогда что говорить об этом отеле в зимние месяца!!!

No air conditioning in the beach bar. Mosquito can attack you easily 😅

Уставшие номера, в номерах старые розетки, отсутствие футбольного поля( для нас это было очень важно) Платные поля для пляжного волейбола. Отсутствие мини гольфа, слабая анимация
