"Нам было очень уютно, комфортно и тепло, как у бабушки в деревне. Отопление хорошее. Чистое белье и полотенца. Умиротворенная атмосфера. Это прекрасное место, где можно уединиться и насладиться природой и тишиной. Хорошая цена. Есть купель с водой из источников с видом на горы и поле с овечками. Купель чистая, я не понимаю, кто пишет отзывы, что она грязная. Были при температуре на улице +2, вода была между теплой и горячей в купели, и прекрасная горячая сауна-это все включено в стоимость проживания. Замечательный персонал, очень добродушный, все объясняет. Быстро отвечают на сообщения. Сделали нам бесплатно апгрейд номера, так как было наполовину пусто в гостевом доме. Можно заказать ужин (до 21:00) и завтрак, шеф-повар очень вкусно готовит. Вернулись бы еще много раз. Спасибо хозяевам и персоналу!!! Успехов Вам! Вы большие молодцы!"

"This motel was a wonderful surprise! The location is excellent, and the entire place is exceptionally clean. The room design is elegant and tasteful, creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere. Everything felt very well cared for, and the cleanliness really stood out. Highly recommended!"

If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be the layout — the bed is a bit close to the entrance door, which made the space feel slightly tight at times.

"Отдых получился замечательным! В первую очередь для нас было главным наличие безбарьерной среды, так как наш сын передвигается на инвалидной коляске. Наш апартамент находился всего в нескольких минутах от моря, был удобный спуск к морю на коляске. По территории мы тоже могли передвигаться, единственное — вверх подняться не могли, так как подъём слишком высокий. Персонал был очень внимательным и доброжелательным."

Питание в ресторане показалось однообразным, почти каждый день было одно и то же. Мы также ходили в пиццерию на берегу моря, где кухня нам понравилась.

Our room was cold, Maintenance came to sort it out but he didn't really know much about the thermostat, said he sorted it and it won't take long to heat uo, but never did, wasn't ideal with a little baby, said baby was asleep by time we realised it wasn't heating up. A small blemish on what was otherwise a really nice stay.

"Staff is amazing, the kindest people we’ve met in Ulcinj over the last 10 years. Everything is super clean, location is perfect, the breakfast is nice. Overall, a great experience for a family with a toddler!"

"The rooms were very clean and the property overall was well maintained. Our rooms were seaside and the sunrise and sunset was quite a spectacular experience!"

I wish that we could access the beach from the property.

Возникла проблема с первым днем пребывания, о которой сообщили за день до приезда, но менеджмент отеля очень достойно с красиво вышел из этой ситуации. Номера хорошие, свежие после реновации. Завтраки очень приличные. Особенно хочется отметить менеджера ресторана Damith, который моментально исправляет косяки персонала и поваров, он лучший!!! Очень хороший ресторан морепродуктов SHAC на территории отеля, вкусно необыкновенно, прекрасное обслуживание! СПА на территории отеля очень неплохой. В шаговой доступности от отеля несколько ресторанов, все вкусно и качественно, до города 5 минут на ТУК-ТУКе. Экскурсии лучше покупать у местных, на пляже стенд с возможными экскурсиями, все то же самое, но через отель дороже. Отель очень атмосферный."

Было удивительно, когда аква-аэробика проходила в бассейне без музыки! Думаю, 30 минут хорошей музыки не помешали бы отдыхающим, а наоборот добавили ли бы позитива.

En el gimnasio no funcionaban las maquinas. La habitación está bien es limpia y cómoda pero se podría actualizar un poco la decoración. Por ser un resort en el precio podría estar incluido el desayuno

The resort is not in walking distance to San Ignacio. You need a car (and worse a parking spot) to go there. This makes you dependent on the hotel‘s facilities and restaurant. Be aware that the breakfast included only means a small selection of breakfast choices. Whenever you want something extra eg eggs you pay extra! You pay a 10% „service charge“ on everything, even on the organization of tours, which is quite a ripoff. I did some activities organized by the hotel. These tours (especially the mayan cooking class) are real good, however as a single I had to pay for two people (minus a small discount). Moreover, tax & „service charge“ were added to the net prices mentioned in the flyer. Taken together this makes these tours unacceptably expensive.

Nothing it a Perfect Place

"Место расположения. Океан. Береговая линия. Гольфовые поля. Номера большие."

Отель тянет на хорошие 4 звезды. Но не как не на 5 звезд. В номере не было халатов, минибар был пуст!!!! Кол- во вешалок в шкафу - 4 шт на двоих. Когда попросили дополнительное кол- во принесли пластиковые. Два ресторана на берегу из двух не работали 3 дня в неделю. Возможно был не сезон. Но тогда что говорить об этом отеле в зимние месяца!!!

"Great pools, no rush to grab a lounger in the morning, comfy bed, good shower, excellent location right in the middle of The Gap. The crazy golf course was superb! Gardens were large and well kept."

Bar was expensive so no-one really used it. Pure Ocean restaurant was just ok. Apartment was a bit tired in places. Felt it was expensive for what it was but worth paying the extra for pool/garden view.

Но вспоминая цену, которую заплатил за проживание, все кажется очень даже неплохим. Как говорится, бедненько, но чистенько."

Чистота штор, кто-то вытирал пальцы об шторы неоднократно, не помешало бы их постирать.

"The villa setup gives real privacy and calm, and the resort layout on the hillside feels like a Mediterranean-style village. You use the resort shuttle to get around, but it’s easy and well organised. All-inclusive was genuinely excellent, especially the cocktails. We tried two restaurants and the steak restaurant (The Deck) was a standout. Staff were exceptional: warm, relaxed and genuinely helpful. They also did a thoughtful birthday touch which felt personal. A small but adorable detail: they have cute little sunbeds for kids on the beach."

Not a dislike, but good to know - because it’s built on a hill, you’ll use the resort shuttle frequently, but it’s part of what creates the privacy and views.

"Die Lage ist top. Das Angebot kostenlos mit dem Bus nach Insbruck zu fahren ist grossartig. Wellness toll. Abendessen lecker."

"Очень дружелюбный персонал, всегда с улыбкой, стараются помочь если к ним обращаешься и в целом всегда уточняют все ли хорошо и нравился ли нам отдых. Очень чисто, уборка приходила стабильно 2 раза в день, всегда есть вода в номере и свежие полотенца. Небольшой, но хороший спортзал. Еда в ресторане Nomad - супер, большой выбор, каждый вечер разная тематика (морепродукты, маврикийская еда, индийская, арабская, итальянская). Так же за время пребывания в отеле мы ездили на снорклинг и научились кататься на водных лыжах!"

Иногда протекала вода под душевой дверью в ванную комнату, но за счет частой уборки я в этом проблемы не вижу:)

70 евро за ночь в месте, куда можно добраться только на машине и нечего смотреть, лично для меня дорого

"Magic Reef is a beautiful resort, very relaxing. The bungalows are well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. It was also great to have our own comfortable lounge chairs on the deck to take in the views out over the reef, watching the waves crashing and the sun setting which was all simply breathtaking. There are a few really good restaurants within walking distance down the beach, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing time. We hired a car for a couple of days to explore around the island, enjoy some beach swimming, snorkeling and to eat at some different restaurants. The pool was great, lovely temperature and depth. Our hosts and all the staff were friendly, helpful and we enjoyed talking with them. Thanks for the beautiful platter in the fridge, the beers, juice etc which was so appreciated. We would highly recommend Magic Reef if you like a small boutique resort."
