The staff were extremely courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made our stay even more special. The location is beautifully quiet and serene, away from the hustle of the city. Surrounded by nature and heritage charm, it felt like a perfect peaceful escape. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend Ramgarh Lodge to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay."

"From the moment you walk in, you can tell this is a special place. The room view is absolutely spectacular, making it hard to even leave the balcony, and the room itself is kept spotlessly clean and neat. I really appreciated the thoughtful room accessories and how easy it was to get from the room directly to the restaurant without any hassle. The breakfast was incredibly delicious and fresh, providing the perfect start to the day. What truly made the stay, though, was the lovely staff—they are so polite, welcoming, and genuine that you feel right at home. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with great service, this is definitely it."

"Great pools, no rush to grab a lounger in the morning, comfy bed, good shower, excellent location right in the middle of The Gap. The crazy golf course was superb! Gardens were large and well kept."

Bar was expensive so no-one really used it. Pure Ocean restaurant was just ok. Apartment was a bit tired in places. Felt it was expensive for what it was but worth paying the extra for pool/garden view.

"Really clean, big rooms, nice that you don’t need to wake up early to reserve the sunbeds. Breakfast included. Really nice beach. Cold towel and virgin shot service at the pool every day. They really made us to feel special, this was our anniversary trip."

A little bit noise from the outside in the early mornings and you always heard the ice machine used in the hallway. There was also renovation in one of the resraurants, which we did not know beforehand and there were thrilling at day time, which we heard in our room. Also a lot of other small maintain, like bug spraying in our room and men repairing aircon in front of our room in most of the days. We couldn’t eat breakfast in Tara wing because of the renovation, because they closed early every morning. Nobody told us that. A lot of bird poop everywhere and the birds in the breakfast area/tables in the beach restaurant.

The food was somewhat repetitive and sometimes bland.

The sea has moved in so much over the years that there really is no place to sunbathe on the beach by the hotel. You can walk further down the beach - given space limited sun beds on the decking area.

"Wonderful little resort in a tropical garden, spacious room, very friendly staff"

The resort is not in walking distance to San Ignacio. You need a car (and worse a parking spot) to go there. This makes you dependent on the hotel‘s facilities and restaurant. Be aware that the breakfast included only means a small selection of breakfast choices. Whenever you want something extra eg eggs you pay extra! You pay a 10% „service charge“ on everything, even on the organization of tours, which is quite a ripoff. I did some activities organized by the hotel. These tours (especially the mayan cooking class) are real good, however as a single I had to pay for two people (minus a small discount). Moreover, tax & „service charge“ were added to the net prices mentioned in the flyer. Taken together this makes these tours unacceptably expensive.

"Замечательный отель за эти деньги. Хорошее расположение, вкусные завтраки, чистый номер с относительно свежим ремонтом. Внимательный отзывчивый персонал. Любая просьба решалась очень быстро. Рекомендую."

"Атмосфера, персонал, вид из окна нашего номера, отношение к гостям, питание, бассейн. В отеле думают о комфорте гостей. Тапочки и халаты в номере, в халате удобно ходить в бассейн, сейф, розетки разных стандартов, не надо привозить с собой переходник. Близко паром на соседний остров, там можно сесть в красный двухэтажный автобус и совершить 2х часовое путешествие по острову. Напротив выхода из аэропорта остановка прямого автобуса ТD1, который привезёт к отелю, выходить на остановке Ахраш. Цена 3.50 евро. В пути 1.5 часа. Отель находится в очень красивом месте."

Далековато от аэропорта, тусклый свет в ванной комнате, пора постирать шторы и занавески в номере.

"Очень дружелюбный персонал, всегда с улыбкой, стараются помочь если к ним обращаешься и в целом всегда уточняют все ли хорошо и нравился ли нам отдых. Очень чисто, уборка приходила стабильно 2 раза в день, всегда есть вода в номере и свежие полотенца. Небольшой, но хороший спортзал. Еда в ресторане Nomad - супер, большой выбор, каждый вечер разная тематика (морепродукты, маврикийская еда, индийская, арабская, итальянская). Так же за время пребывания в отеле мы ездили на снорклинг и научились кататься на водных лыжах!"

Иногда протекала вода под душевой дверью в ванную комнату, но за счет частой уборки я в этом проблемы не вижу:)

"Больше всего понравился вид с террасы ресторана, где проходили завтраки. Вид на крюгер парк и реку, в которой купались бегемоты каждый день. Вид на красивейшие закаты."

Номер был довольно скромный., очень простой. От кровати пахло неприятно - как будто красили дерево или еще что то. В номере был балкон с видом на реку , но не панорамный ( с одной стороны какая то колючая проволока и кусты) . Завтрак довольно скромный, выбор блюд небольшой.

Restaurant waiters are useless, slow, just talking to each other. . Even if you are a guest at hotel they want you to pay for the huts. Hotel guests should get at least a free hour daily. There is no real beach seating for hotel guests to relax.

Возникла проблема с первым днем пребывания, о которой сообщили за день до приезда, но менеджмент отеля очень достойно с красиво вышел из этой ситуации. Номера хорошие, свежие после реновации. Завтраки очень приличные. Особенно хочется отметить менеджера ресторана Damith, который моментально исправляет косяки персонала и поваров, он лучший!!! Очень хороший ресторан морепродуктов SHAC на территории отеля, вкусно необыкновенно, прекрасное обслуживание! СПА на территории отеля очень неплохой. В шаговой доступности от отеля несколько ресторанов, все вкусно и качественно, до города 5 минут на ТУК-ТУКе. Экскурсии лучше покупать у местных, на пляже стенд с возможными экскурсиями, все то же самое, но через отель дороже. Отель очень атмосферный."

Было удивительно, когда аква-аэробика проходила в бассейне без музыки! Думаю, 30 минут хорошей музыки не помешали бы отдыхающим, а наоборот добавили ли бы позитива.
