"Staff were great, Facilities were great, Room clean & a good size, Food very good, The grounds really well maintained."

Our room was cold, Maintenance came to sort it out but he didn't really know much about the thermostat, said he sorted it and it won't take long to heat uo, but never did, wasn't ideal with a little baby, said baby was asleep by time we realised it wasn't heating up. A small blemish on what was otherwise a really nice stay.

"Очень живописная « деревенька» в стиле этно. На территории есть отдельно стоящие домики разного размера в старинном стиле и есть небольшой корпус отеля . Очень красивое ландшафтное оформление с прудиками, ручей есть даже внутри отдельно стоящего ресторана. В ресторане отличное обслуживание и вкусная еда. Есть очень красивый открытый бассейн, жаль что в это время года он не работает. Завтраки очень хорошие. На ресепшен очень приятные люди."

Складывается такое впечатление, что в объект вложено много средств, а сейчас на эксплуатацию их выделяется не совсем достаточно.

I really appreciated the thoughtful room accessories and how easy it was to get from the room directly to the restaurant without any hassle. What truly made the stay, though, was the lovely staff—they are so polite, welcoming, and genuine that you feel right at home. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with great service, this is definitely it."

"Our suite came with a hot tub on the balcony. It was beautiful view and the rooms were super comfortable. The suite also came with a glass of wine and complimentary breakfast buffet the next day. It was very pleasant and nice. We enjoyed our stay."

"Атмосфера, персонал, вид из окна нашего номера, отношение к гостям, питание, бассейн. В отеле думают о комфорте гостей. Тапочки и халаты в номере, в халате удобно ходить в бассейн, сейф, розетки разных стандартов, не надо привозить с собой переходник. Близко паром на соседний остров, там можно сесть в красный двухэтажный автобус и совершить 2х часовое путешествие по острову. Напротив выхода из аэропорта остановка прямого автобуса ТD1, который привезёт к отелю, выходить на остановке Ахраш. Цена 3.50 евро. В пути 1.5 часа. Отель находится в очень красивом месте."

Далековато от аэропорта, тусклый свет в ванной комнате, пора постирать шторы и занавески в номере.

Organised tours available for guests from tourist agencies, for self organised guests rent-a-car is the only option for sightseeing. Some facilities require better maintenance.

"This motel was a wonderful surprise! The location is excellent, and the entire place is exceptionally clean. The room design is elegant and tasteful, creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere. Everything felt very well cared for, and the cleanliness really stood out. Highly recommended!"

If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be the layout — the bed is a bit close to the entrance door, which made the space feel slightly tight at times.

"Отель находится в живописном месте !Очень красивая природа !Комфорт,цена ,качество на высшем уровне!Очень достойный завтра (был выключен в стоимость проживания ).Единственное ,что я думала бассейн не входит в стоимость ,оказалось посещение бассейна тоже входило в стоимость нашего проживания )Не удалось нам посетить бассейн!(это моя ошибка не дочитала условия проживания ),персонал при заселении сразу рассказал ,что мы можем посетить бесплатно !В следующий раз я буду готова. Возьмем с собой принадлежности для плаванья и с удовольствием посетим !"

Отель тянет на хорошие 4 звезды. Но не как не на 5 звезд. В номере не было халатов, минибар был пуст!!!! Кол- во вешалок в шкафу - 4 шт на двоих. Когда попросили дополнительное кол- во принесли пластиковые. Два ресторана на берегу из двух не работали 3 дня в неделю. Возможно был не сезон. Но тогда что говорить об этом отеле в зимние месяца!!!

"В размещении большего всего понравилась доступность к морю и не дорогому вызову такси , так же отсюда можно просто и не дорого уехать на автобусе , так как автобусная остановка находится совсем рядом !"

"Очень красиво расположен на холме, номера с видом на лес, и не просто лес, а национальный парк Дилижана. Он большой и весьма зелёный, летом должно быть невероятно. Вкусный завтрак, ещё более вкусный обед. Салатики, закуски, горячее, от всего был в полном восторге. Свежие фрукты тоже. На выбор два блюда, два супа, два салата, то что нужно чтобы не создавать излишнего продуктового мусора, всё вкусное. Номера просторные, огромные как и само фойе ресторана. Бассейн с тёплой водой и удобным входом, плюс не слишком глубокий, нет места где взрослый человек тонет, а значит удобнее следить за детьми. Удобная раздевалка. Очень обширное и интересное меню при заказе в номер."

В номере не хватало ещё пары розеток у кровати чтобы заряжать гаджеты. Лифт расположен между этажами - это не критично для меня, но может быть важно для людей ограниченной мобильности. Сейчас не сезон поэтому пианобар не работал. Пешком до центра может быть далековато, но рядом есть отличный винный бар в пешей доступности. Местами имеет смысл подкрасить-подмазать-обработать от ржавчины, но без жести. В целом жалобы все не критичные.

"Nice and spaceous property just a 5-10 min drive from Tahko Ski Resort. 3 of the rooms out of 4 had private bathrooms, which was very convinient. Also the sauna was very specious. Would come back again!"

Check air conditioner operation before sleeping! We down graded to beach front from water bungalow but didnt get discount or reimbursement from booking dot com. :( Had noisy neighouring resort from parties over 2 days.

We travelled with kids and it was the perfect set up. There are no real windows (only blinds and mosquito nets), so when the kids got loud, the neighbors could hear us. However room ventilation is really good, as there is a nice breeze at night. The location is also very convenient, well connected to both the north and the south. The food was surprisingly very good for a 4 night stay, breakfast was delicious. The pool and surroundings are wonderful. Would stay here every time I go back to Dominica."

"All of the staff were very friendly and hospitable as well as being extremely helpful"

In general, I really did like the property. It is perhaps not as fresh as it could be however that is part of its attraction.
