"Я путешественник со стажем и хочу сказать был очень удивлен Вашем отелем. Все было прекрасно, отличный номер, собственная территория с выходом на великолепный пляж. Кухня изумительна, персонал доброжелательный. Команда отеля помогла нам с супругой провести отдых. Вообщем придраться не к чему. Огромные слова благодарности. Жму руку. Удачи"

"Очень красиво расположен на холме, номера с видом на лес, и не просто лес, а национальный парк Дилижана. Он большой и весьма зелёный, летом должно быть невероятно. Вкусный завтрак, ещё более вкусный обед. Салатики, закуски, горячее, от всего был в полном восторге. Свежие фрукты тоже. На выбор два блюда, два супа, два салата, то что нужно чтобы не создавать излишнего продуктового мусора, всё вкусное. Номера просторные, огромные как и само фойе ресторана. Бассейн с тёплой водой и удобным входом, плюс не слишком глубокий, нет места где взрослый человек тонет, а значит удобнее следить за детьми. Удобная раздевалка. Очень обширное и интересное меню при заказе в номер."

В номере не хватало ещё пары розеток у кровати чтобы заряжать гаджеты. Лифт расположен между этажами - это не критично для меня, но может быть важно для людей ограниченной мобильности. Сейчас не сезон поэтому пианобар не работал. Пешком до центра может быть далековато, но рядом есть отличный винный бар в пешей доступности. Местами имеет смысл подкрасить-подмазать-обработать от ржавчины, но без жести. В целом жалобы все не критичные.

"Гостиница удобно расположена, недалеко остановки автобусов, пешком недалеко до центральных улиц и площадей, вокруг много кафе, ресторанчиков, магазинов. Номера большие, просторные, есть все необходимое, оборудование работает. Завтраки хорошие, есть выбор местной и европейской кухни. Совсем недалеко зона казино для интересующихся. В целом, хорошая гостиница"

Цена, на наш взгляд, для номера гостиницы этой сети оказалась выше ожиданий.

Отель тянет на хорошие 4 звезды. Но не как не на 5 звезд. В номере не было халатов, минибар был пуст!!!! Кол- во вешалок в шкафу - 4 шт на двоих. Когда попросили дополнительное кол- во принесли пластиковые. Два ресторана на берегу из двух не работали 3 дня в неделю. Возможно был не сезон. Но тогда что говорить об этом отеле в зимние месяца!!!

"Мне все понравилось, территория, пляж, чисто, я бы вернулась в этот отель обязательно! Наше пребывание выпало на середину недели, и в отели было мало народу, было шикарно! Пальмы, тишина. Ресторан отличный!"

Единственный момент, который мне не понравился, это то, что отель взимает плату с каждого туриста - туристический налог. Я жила в бунгало одна, но с меня взяли плату за 2 человека! И вероятно, это ошибка букинга, а не отеля, так как букинг указал что в бунгало живет 2 туриста, хотя я бронировала одноместное размещение. Конечно, это всего 5 евро...)) но это не приятно.

A little tired in places - could do with a bit of a spruce up such as a lick of paint on all the walls, new carpets in the common areas (stairs) etc. Seemed to be a lot of staff but not a lot of guests (although the staff were lovely).

In general, I really did like the property. It is perhaps not as fresh as it could be however that is part of its attraction.

At that price I expected a ceiling fan ,especially with the high humidity, and a hot shower , even under a black solar bag . And a linen change should have happened, after a few hot and humid nights , the sheets become greasy and unpleasant to sleep on .

"The view from our room, any room in fact, looked out over the crashing waves that rolled in from the Indian Ocean. Biggest room weve had in Bali.The staff were ready to look after our every whim. They brought meals in from outside restaurants. Instead of 2 tiny water bottles per day they provided a 20 litre water dispenser. The pool overlooked the black pebbly beach. The surrounding area was not overwhelmed by tourists and the locals were 1980's friendly."

We didn't like leaving.

"Нам было очень уютно, комфортно и тепло, как у бабушки в деревне. Отопление хорошее. Чистое белье и полотенца. Умиротворенная атмосфера. Это прекрасное место, где можно уединиться и насладиться природой и тишиной. Хорошая цена. Есть купель с водой из источников с видом на горы и поле с овечками. Купель чистая, я не понимаю, кто пишет отзывы, что она грязная. Были при температуре на улице +2, вода была между теплой и горячей в купели, и прекрасная горячая сауна-это все включено в стоимость проживания. Замечательный персонал, очень добродушный, все объясняет. Быстро отвечают на сообщения. Сделали нам бесплатно апгрейд номера, так как было наполовину пусто в гостевом доме. Можно заказать ужин (до 21:00) и завтрак, шеф-повар очень вкусно готовит. Вернулись бы еще много раз. Спасибо хозяевам и персоналу!!! Успехов Вам! Вы большие молодцы!"

70 евро за ночь в месте, куда можно добраться только на машине и нечего смотреть, лично для меня дорого

Персонал, хоть и очень воспитанный но абсолютно не знает Английского, сложно коммуницировать Около бассейнов работал только один бар

"все было замечательно. место расположения сказочное, на маршруты можно выходить прямо из кибуца. завтрак хороший, персонал приветливый, каждый день в домиках уборка и смена принадлежностей. очень рекомендую!"

"The location is right in the heart of Georgetown, within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions. The accommodation is beautifully designed,easily the best I’ve seen in Penang. The staff were incredibly friendly and always made sure we were well taken care of."

If I were to nitpick, the dinner menu could be a bit more interesting. Other than that, everything was great.

The sea has moved in so much over the years that there really is no place to sunbathe on the beach by the hotel. You can walk further down the beach - given space limited sun beds on the decking area.

The location was a little to the edge of the city but that may be a good thing for some looking for peace & quiet. The decor is a bit dated

"The location is the best. Easy access when arriving at Lac Rose. Most activities are located right in front of the hotel (horse/camel riding, quad rental to ride in the sand dunes, etc). The hotel is literally on the lake, with the terrasse and dining area built over the water."

Some items on the menu tasted like they were not fresh. The AC in the room was a bit underperforming and noisy. The lock on the glass door going to the balcony was broken and could not be locked.

"Really clean, big rooms, nice that you don’t need to wake up early to reserve the sunbeds. Breakfast included. Really nice beach. Cold towel and virgin shot service at the pool every day. They really made us to feel special, this was our anniversary trip."

A little bit noise from the outside in the early mornings and you always heard the ice machine used in the hallway. There was also renovation in one of the resraurants, which we did not know beforehand and there were thrilling at day time, which we heard in our room. Also a lot of other small maintain, like bug spraying in our room and men repairing aircon in front of our room in most of the days. We couldn’t eat breakfast in Tara wing because of the renovation, because they closed early every morning. Nobody told us that. A lot of bird poop everywhere and the birds in the breakfast area/tables in the beach restaurant.
