it’s outdated! needs more activities for the kids.. or indoor playgrounds.. because of the heat and questioning weather they should have more means of transportation inside of the resort and include more varieties in the breakfast. They should have express check in and check out

"Еда в этом отеле выше всяких похвал, все очень вкусно и разнообразно!!! Пляж прямо у отеля каменистый, до самых лучших пляжей острова можно доехать за 5 минут на авто или прогуляться по побережью, что мы и делали)))"

Все понравилось! Единственное пожелание - в полупансион добавить проживающим бутылочку бесплатной воды в день, было бы очень кстати))

Having to get taxis but the cheap so not to bad.

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

Nothing to dislike

"Абсолютно великолепное место, это настоящий оазис в пустыне, на берегу океана. Место где можно по настоящему отдохнуть, комфортные номера со всем необходимым, трасса с качелями. Когда спишь ночью слышно как волны бьются о берег."

Добраться на своём авто невозможно, если у вас не полноприволный внедородник. Но нудно сказать что из любого места вас забирает водитель и приводит в отель по первому звонку, так что это не большая проблема добраться до отеля, и скорее всего вам оттуда выходить не захочется, внутри есть все необходимое.

"Staff are friendly and helpful, and our room was good. The environment is beautiful, and we love the Rossmund golf estate."

There seems to be a lack of management oversight, with some areas for improvement. For example, one of the bath mats which was in place in front of the shower had holes in it - which really shouldn't happen. And there is a need for a "refresh" of the the rooms.

"The stuff was very friendly, checking all the time if we need anything extra or providing guidance if we needed some tips about the island. The room was very nice, with everything we needed, including in the kitchen. Highly recommended!"

The mosquitoes at the pool ☺️. There is nothing we can think of that we didn’t like about the accommodation.

"Nagyon kedves személyzet, rugalmas opciók vacsora és spa elményekkel kapcsolatosan , családias, de annál szuperebb spa, rendkívül csendes, pihentető környezet, kényelmes bútorok, közösségi, de csendes tér, társasjátékok, sakk, pingpong. Igazán rég voltunk ilyen szuper pihentető, csendes helyen."

"Absolutely fabulous resort in a spectacular location. Every staff member was welcoming and helpful. Special shout out to Sala, Shadow, and Papu! But really, everyone was great."

"The suite we had with a whirlpool was state-of-the-art, and if anything was missing, someone came to help immediately!"

"Отличный вежливый персонал, большие просторные номера, красивый вид из окна"

Очень посредственный завтрак и ужин, не берите полупансион, бессмысленная трата денег. Плюс в номере не очень хорошая шумоизоляция окон, из-за чего слышно всю ночь признающие мимо машины

"Очень понравился гостеприимный персонал. Нигяр - наша большая удача, помогала со всеми вопросами, что мы даже решили остаться еще на пару дней в этом отеле. Очень понравились виды, отличный завтрак, чистое море"

Все было чудесно! Из рекомендаций - пересмотреть музыкальный плей лист, можно было добавить что-то более расслабляющее. Днём так хотелось поспать под шум волн, но громкая музыка иногда мешала. Спасибо, что наг просьбы слышали и иногда выклевали музыку или меняли плей лист

"Beautiful view, with exceptional service. The staff is extremely friendly, makes a point of learning your name and providing the personal touch. A bit outside the busy Stone Town area, very close to the airport. Well priced."

The breakfast is a bit disappointing, would have loved a strong cup of coffee, but the rest of the menu is really enjoyable, and the great service more than makes up for the slightly under par breakfast.

Not the hotels fault directly but the rush to catch our flight due to the 3rd party flight company flying us to the airport made an addition stop on the way to the airport.

"年数は感じるもののオシャレな外観。 １室が中で２部屋に分かれており、更にそれぞれ２つずつベッドがありました。部屋同士もトイレや浴室のある通路をドアで挟んでおり行き来できます。それぞれの部屋も広い。エアコンもしっかり効くし、wi-fiやワイヤレス充電器もある。 朝食はゴルフ場のレストランで、サラダ、トースト、スクランブルエッグ＆ベーコン、スープ、ヨーグルト、飲み物をいただきました。美味しかったですが、ヨーグルトは大人向けの味です。甘くないので、子供達はトーストの苺ジャムを混ぜました。 スタッフはみんな丁寧な方ばかりでした。"

室内の鍵がかからない所がある。バルコニーへの鍵も壊れてて開かない。外スリッパも準備されているのに。時期的なものもあるかも知れないけど、窓が虫ついてて汚れている。 近くにコンビニ等ないので、夕食はよく考えてから施設に向かいましょう。

"두번째방문인데 초4가되니까 즐길수있는 물놀이 액티비티가 다양해서 너무 만족스러웠어요 슬라이드, 포인트브레이크 등이 좋았구요 직원분, 클럽메이트 모두가 너무친절합니다!! 가족모두 즐겁게 놀다갑니다^^"

주변에 식당이없다보니 골드카드로 갔는데 식사를 그나마 괜찮은건 마젤란이었는데 3박동안 가려니 너무 질리더라구요 사이판pic처럼 좀더 다양한 레스토랑이 있었으면 좋겠어요

"Very good location. They have a restaurant so you are covered for food (which is not necessarily easy to find in the island). Very nice diving and very good diving instructor (Amy). Beautiful sunrise in the company of cute property dogs."

"Отель находится в живописном месте !Очень красивая природа !Комфорт,цена ,качество на высшем уровне!Очень достойный завтра (был выключен в стоимость проживания ).Единственное ,что я думала бассейн не входит в стоимость ,оказалось посещение бассейна тоже входило в стоимость нашего проживания )Не удалось нам посетить бассейн!(это моя ошибка не дочитала условия проживания ),персонал при заселении сразу рассказал ,что мы можем посетить бесплатно !В следующий раз я буду готова. Возьмем с собой принадлежности для плаванья и с удовольствием посетим !"

"Очень дружелюбный персонал! Разнообразное питание, Большие номера. Территория очень ухоженная и зелёная. Аниматоры тоже очень стараются, вечерние шоу великолепны! Бармены просто красавцы! Отдельно хочется выделить ресторан Salia Mellieha- прекрасное обслуживание и очень-очень вкусно! И единственное место в отеле где подают правильный кофе."

Наш номер был с видом на дорогу и частично на море-так вот-очень шумно, несмотря на закрытую дверь балкона. Кондиционер тоже гремит и почти не охлаждает. Кофе отвратительный!
