"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Peaceful Retreat with Exceptional Hospitality We had a wonderful stay at Ramgarh Lodge. The breakfast was absolutely excellent — fresh, delicious, and with a lovely variety each morning. The staff were extremely courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made our stay even more special. The location is beautifully quiet and serene, away from the hustle of the city. Surrounded by nature and heritage charm, it felt like a perfect peaceful escape. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend Ramgarh Lodge to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay."

Our room was cold, Maintenance came to sort it out but he didn't really know much about the thermostat, said he sorted it and it won't take long to heat uo, but never did, wasn't ideal with a little baby, said baby was asleep by time we realised it wasn't heating up. A small blemish on what was otherwise a really nice stay.

"Красивая территория, чистый пляж, хороший персонал. Останавливались в вилле с 3 спальнями. Очень удобная планировка, но мебель и оборудование устаревшие. Очень шумные старые кондиционеры. Ночью приходилось их выключать, так как совершенно невозможно спать. Даже днем они вызывали дискомфорт сильным шумом. Все межкомнатные двери полностью из легкого металла, очень странное решение. Закрывались с сильным стуком и скрипом. Есть кухня с плитой, микроволновой печью, холодильником, но нет никакой посуды, кроме чашек. В пивном баре, расположенном в гостинице, нет никакой информации про happy hour, хотя эта опция есть. Только один официант из нескольких работающих сказал нам про это и учитывал в счете. Остальные приносили счет без скидки, приходилось каждый раз указывать на это. В аква центре нет прайс листа с ценами, все со слов работника, как на рынке."

Organised tours available for guests from tourist agencies, for self organised guests rent-a-car is the only option for sightseeing. Some facilities require better maintenance.

"Excellent location, plenty of facilities on the grounds to choose from. Mambo beach was not too crowsded as we feared, and there was no construction in the area. Great customer service too, we appreciated the followup email asking if there is anything we need during our stay and our request was immediately granted."

Staff could have been a bit more friendlier, especially Hemingway/receptionists. Also there was a slight smell of mold in our room. You can pay in EUR, but not worth it since the change you will get back is in USD, hence losing money.

En el gimnasio no funcionaban las maquinas. La habitación está bien es limpia y cómoda pero se podría actualizar un poco la decoración. Por ser un resort en el precio podría estar incluido el desayuno

Check air conditioner operation before sleeping! We down graded to beach front from water bungalow but didnt get discount or reimbursement from booking dot com. :( Had noisy neighouring resort from parties over 2 days.

"Exceptional site and lovely beaches & swimming pools with good restaurants"

The fact that, despite the heat, rooms were not supplied with drinking water & this had to be ordered from room service at $5 a small bottle. We had just arrived from staying at the Hamilton Princess hotel in Bermuda &, as is normal for luxury hotels of this standard, that had no problem in supplying drinking water to guests free of charge.

"It was right off the main road into Lusaka so was very easy to get to. The room was large and airy. The food and service in the dinning room was excellent"

"The view from our room, any room in fact, looked out over the crashing waves that rolled in from the Indian Ocean. Biggest room weve had in Bali.The staff were ready to look after our every whim. They brought meals in from outside restaurants. Instead of 2 tiny water bottles per day they provided a 20 litre water dispenser. The pool overlooked the black pebbly beach. The surrounding area was not overwhelmed by tourists and the locals were 1980's friendly."

"A large resort, with a number of Pools and large beach area, with all sporting amenities. A number of eating options on site and we had two excellent meals at the two signature restaurants in the resort."

All the beach bars closing at least 1 hour prior to sunset.

"The hotel was exceptional from arriving to leaving. The little touches make it extra special like free mini bar, little gifts in your room every evening, water hampers on the beach. The beach is amazing, all rooms have perfect views. Staff are very attentive. Breakfast has the best choices, one of the best I have had. Michelin star restaurant is fabulous would definitely recommend."

Rooms very expensive but definitely worth a visit

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

"The location is the best. Easy access when arriving at Lac Rose. Most activities are located right in front of the hotel (horse/camel riding, quad rental to ride in the sand dunes, etc). The hotel is literally on the lake, with the terrasse and dining area built over the water."

Some items on the menu tasted like they were not fresh. The AC in the room was a bit underperforming and noisy. The lock on the glass door going to the balcony was broken and could not be locked.

"Отель полностью соответствует соотношению цена-качество. Не самый комфортный, не самый чистый, завтрак далеко не самый разнообразный. Лежаков возле бассейна катастрофически не хватает. Но вспоминая цену, которую заплатил за проживание, все кажется очень даже неплохим. Как говорится, бедненько, но чистенько."

Чистота штор, кто-то вытирал пальцы об шторы неоднократно, не помешало бы их постирать.

"Место расположения. Океан. Береговая линия. Гольфовые поля. Номера большие."

Отель тянет на хорошие 4 звезды. Но не как не на 5 звезд. В номере не было халатов, минибар был пуст!!!! Кол- во вешалок в шкафу - 4 шт на двоих. Когда попросили дополнительное кол- во принесли пластиковые. Два ресторана на берегу из двух не работали 3 дня в неделю. Возможно был не сезон. Но тогда что говорить об этом отеле в зимние месяца!!!

"Magic Reef is a beautiful resort, very relaxing. The bungalows are well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. It was also great to have our own comfortable lounge chairs on the deck to take in the views out over the reef, watching the waves crashing and the sun setting which was all simply breathtaking. There are a few really good restaurants within walking distance down the beach, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing time. We hired a car for a couple of days to explore around the island, enjoy some beach swimming, snorkeling and to eat at some different restaurants. The pool was great, lovely temperature and depth. Our hosts and all the staff were friendly, helpful and we enjoyed talking with them. Thanks for the beautiful platter in the fridge, the beers, juice etc which was so appreciated. We would highly recommend Magic Reef if you like a small boutique resort."

Not enough umbrellas outside on tables

"Las piscinas.las tinajas,el lugar muy lindo Aunq sería bueno q cuando uno llegue al hotel le entregarán un folleto q tanto tienes derecho en el hotel y q tanto hay para disfrutar Es muy grande y uno no conoce todo"

La cama se movía se movía mucho y se corría del lugar muy incómodo de verdad El tv nunca funcionó Llamamos a recepción y nunca contestaron Mucha gente en recepción ala hora de la entrada
