Наш апартамент находился всего в нескольких минутах от моря, был удобный спуск к морю на коляске. По территории мы тоже могли передвигаться, единственное — вверх подняться не могли, так как подъём слишком высокий. Персонал был очень внимательным и доброжелательным."

Питание в ресторане показалось однообразным, почти каждый день было одно и то же. Мы также ходили в пиццерию на берегу моря, где кухня нам понравилась.

"В размещении большего всего понравилась доступность к морю и не дорогому вызову такси , так же отсюда можно просто и не дорого уехать на автобусе , так как автобусная остановка находится совсем рядом !"

"Очень красиво расположен на холме, номера с видом на лес, и не просто лес, а национальный парк Дилижана. Он большой и весьма зелёный, летом должно быть невероятно. Вкусный завтрак, ещё более вкусный обед. Салатики, закуски, горячее, от всего был в полном восторге. Свежие фрукты тоже. На выбор два блюда, два супа, два салата, то что нужно чтобы не создавать излишнего продуктового мусора, всё вкусное. Номера просторные, огромные как и само фойе ресторана. Бассейн с тёплой водой и удобным входом, плюс не слишком глубокий, нет места где взрослый человек тонет, а значит удобнее следить за детьми. Удобная раздевалка. Очень обширное и интересное меню при заказе в номер."

В номере не хватало ещё пары розеток у кровати чтобы заряжать гаджеты. Лифт расположен между этажами - это не критично для меня, но может быть важно для людей ограниченной мобильности. Сейчас не сезон поэтому пианобар не работал. Пешком до центра может быть далековато, но рядом есть отличный винный бар в пешей доступности. Местами имеет смысл подкрасить-подмазать-обработать от ржавчины, но без жести. В целом жалобы все не критичные.

Водоросли по всему побережью. Я не была готова к такому количеству водорослей и не смогла плавать в море, но это географическая/климатическая особенность- к отелю не имеет отношения

The resort is not in walking distance to San Ignacio. You need a car (and worse a parking spot) to go there. This makes you dependent on the hotel‘s facilities and restaurant. Be aware that the breakfast included only means a small selection of breakfast choices. Whenever you want something extra eg eggs you pay extra! You pay a 10% „service charge“ on everything, even on the organization of tours, which is quite a ripoff. I did some activities organized by the hotel. These tours (especially the mayan cooking class) are real good, however as a single I had to pay for two people (minus a small discount). Moreover, tax & „service charge“ were added to the net prices mentioned in the flyer. Taken together this makes these tours unacceptably expensive.

"Great snorkelling around the over water bungalows, lots of turtles feeding on the seagrass. Beautiful location, so relaxing. Beach access bungalows are very nice, newly renovated, comfy bed. Pool was awesome. Appreciated the sea bird conservation in the island. I actually loved the sounds of the Puffin de Pacifique birds at night - I thought it was a child crying at first lol… bungalows have earplugs, luckily! Complimentary buffet breakfast was good. Got a generous late check out, service was really good from the boat to the front desk to the restaurant and bar. Everyone speaks a very high level of English, not sure where the negative comments about staff come from - they were the best I experienced in NC by far."

It’s an expensive buffet dinner (around $80aud) but the choices were really good, esp the fresh seafood and all the desserts. It’s just not worth it if you don’t eat huge dinners. Order à la carte options instead, but nice to try the buffet just once. Consider BYO noodles and alcohol if you want to save money, buying food and drinks from the restaurant and bar adds up quick. Would have been good to be able to lock/unlock the back beach access door from outside with a key.

"Excellent location, plenty of facilities on the grounds to choose from. Mambo beach was not too crowsded as we feared, and there was no construction in the area. Great customer service too, we appreciated the followup email asking if there is anything we need during our stay and our request was immediately granted."

Staff could have been a bit more friendlier, especially Hemingway/receptionists. Also there was a slight smell of mold in our room. You can pay in EUR, but not worth it since the change you will get back is in USD, hence losing money.

En el gimnasio no funcionaban las maquinas. La habitación está bien es limpia y cómoda pero se podría actualizar un poco la decoración. Por ser un resort en el precio podría estar incluido el desayuno

There was nothing significant to complain about. Overall, the experience met and even exceeded my expectations.

"Если вы отдыхаете с детьми, то им здесь точно будет чем заняться. Большие бассейны, всевозможные игры, пенные вечеринки. Прекрасный персонал. В отеле несколько корпусов, корпус 2 без балконов, учитывайте при бронировании. Хорошая зеленая территория, номера большие, белье и полотенца свежие. В отеле есть пляж, песок там вулканический и почти черный, купаться можно, не глубоко. В наш приезд не было волн и народ купался. Океан очень теплый. Шведский стол не богатый, но есть из чего выбрать."

Наш номер был весьма старый, очень шумный кондиционер, который включался автоматически. Еда средняя, не плохо, но и сказать что отлично не могу.

Organised tours available for guests from tourist agencies, for self organised guests rent-a-car is the only option for sightseeing. Some facilities require better maintenance.

"Красивая территория, чистый пляж, хороший персонал. Останавливались в вилле с 3 спальнями. Очень удобная планировка, но мебель и оборудование устаревшие. Очень шумные старые кондиционеры. Ночью приходилось их выключать, так как совершенно невозможно спать. Даже днем они вызывали дискомфорт сильным шумом. Все межкомнатные двери полностью из легкого металла, очень странное решение. Закрывались с сильным стуком и скрипом. Есть кухня с плитой, микроволновой печью, холодильником, но нет никакой посуды, кроме чашек. В пивном баре, расположенном в гостинице, нет никакой информации про happy hour, хотя эта опция есть. Только один официант из нескольких работающих сказал нам про это и учитывал в счете. Остальные приносили счет без скидки, приходилось каждый раз указывать на это. В аква центре нет прайс листа с ценами, все со слов работника, как на рынке."

Check air conditioner operation before sleeping! We down graded to beach front from water bungalow but didnt get discount or reimbursement from booking dot com. :( Had noisy neighouring resort from parties over 2 days.
