Nothing it a Perfect Place

"Great pools, no rush to grab a lounger in the morning, comfy bed, good shower, excellent location right in the middle of The Gap. The crazy golf course was superb! Gardens were large and well kept."

Bar was expensive so no-one really used it. Pure Ocean restaurant was just ok. Apartment was a bit tired in places. Felt it was expensive for what it was but worth paying the extra for pool/garden view.

"Excellent place, we knew already and came back! Spacious, modern installations, great big pool area, good service and attention. Good restaurant. Great views to the sunset, excellent for a cople of sundowners."

le wifi perfectible, la piscine très petite, le bruit extérieur du à des fenêtres peu isolantes phoniquement

"Staff were great, Facilities were great, Room clean & a good size, Food very good, The grounds really well maintained."

Our room was cold, Maintenance came to sort it out but he didn't really know much about the thermostat, said he sorted it and it won't take long to heat uo, but never did, wasn't ideal with a little baby, said baby was asleep by time we realised it wasn't heating up. A small blemish on what was otherwise a really nice stay.

The location was a little to the edge of the city but that may be a good thing for some looking for peace & quiet. The decor is a bit dated

"Место расположения. Океан. Береговая линия. Гольфовые поля. Номера большие."

Отель тянет на хорошие 4 звезды. Но не как не на 5 звезд. В номере не было халатов, минибар был пуст!!!! Кол- во вешалок в шкафу - 4 шт на двоих. Когда попросили дополнительное кол- во принесли пластиковые. Два ресторана на берегу из двух не работали 3 дня в неделю. Возможно был не сезон. Но тогда что говорить об этом отеле в зимние месяца!!!

"Если вы отдыхаете с детьми, то им здесь точно будет чем заняться. Большие бассейны, всевозможные игры, пенные вечеринки. Прекрасный персонал. В отеле несколько корпусов, корпус 2 без балконов, учитывайте при бронировании. Хорошая зеленая территория, номера большие, белье и полотенца свежие. В отеле есть пляж, песок там вулканический и почти черный, купаться можно, не глубоко. В наш приезд не было волн и народ купался. Океан очень теплый. Шведский стол не богатый, но есть из чего выбрать."

Наш номер был весьма старый, очень шумный кондиционер, который включался автоматически. Еда средняя, не плохо, но и сказать что отлично не могу.

After we ordered the food it takes too long to get ,which is really not good

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

Еда не очень понравилась. Чистота бассейнов. сложно общаться, когда на знаешь испанский, а персонал не знает английский)) несколько человек только знают

"все было замечательно. место расположения сказочное, на маршруты можно выходить прямо из кибуца. завтрак хороший, персонал приветливый, каждый день в домиках уборка и смена принадлежностей. очень рекомендую!"

"Очень дружелюбный персонал, всегда с улыбкой, стараются помочь если к ним обращаешься и в целом всегда уточняют все ли хорошо и нравился ли нам отдых. Очень чисто, уборка приходила стабильно 2 раза в день, всегда есть вода в номере и свежие полотенца. Небольшой, но хороший спортзал. Еда в ресторане Nomad - супер, большой выбор, каждый вечер разная тематика (морепродукты, маврикийская еда, индийская, арабская, итальянская). Так же за время пребывания в отеле мы ездили на снорклинг и научились кататься на водных лыжах!"

Иногда протекала вода под душевой дверью в ванную комнату, но за счет частой уборки я в этом проблемы не вижу:)

"This motel was a wonderful surprise! The location is excellent, and the entire place is exceptionally clean. The room design is elegant and tasteful, creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere. Everything felt very well cared for, and the cleanliness really stood out. Highly recommended!"

If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be the layout — the bed is a bit close to the entrance door, which made the space feel slightly tight at times.

"The view from our room, any room in fact, looked out over the crashing waves that rolled in from the Indian Ocean. Biggest room weve had in Bali.The staff were ready to look after our every whim. They brought meals in from outside restaurants. Instead of 2 tiny water bottles per day they provided a 20 litre water dispenser. The pool overlooked the black pebbly beach. The surrounding area was not overwhelmed by tourists and the locals were 1980's friendly."

We didn't like leaving.

"Great location, very friendly staff. The pool area was amazing! Our room was great, very clean and we just loved our small top balcony with bathtub."

ночью в ванной комнате периодически включался и выключался свет (сам по себе), воздух в помещении очень сухой

"Отличный завтрак, чистый отель, персонал старается всегда помочь, номер убирался каждый день и хорошо. Пляж хороший, много места. Зона бассейнов отличная, много лежаков"

Персонал, хоть и очень воспитанный но абсолютно не знает Английского, сложно коммуницировать Около бассейнов работал только один бар

If butter is served cold and honey is included, then it will become better.

"Really clean, big rooms, nice that you don’t need to wake up early to reserve the sunbeds. Breakfast included. Really nice beach. Cold towel and virgin shot service at the pool every day. They really made us to feel special, this was our anniversary trip."

A little bit noise from the outside in the early mornings and you always heard the ice machine used in the hallway. There was also renovation in one of the resraurants, which we did not know beforehand and there were thrilling at day time, which we heard in our room. Also a lot of other small maintain, like bug spraying in our room and men repairing aircon in front of our room in most of the days. We couldn’t eat breakfast in Tara wing because of the renovation, because they closed early every morning. Nobody told us that. A lot of bird poop everywhere and the birds in the breakfast area/tables in the beach restaurant.

The restaurant was dry cold and the dinner service should had been a lot better
