"Отель очень понравился. Жили в корпусе Seaview. У отеля очень классная территория и береговая линия. Огромный бассейн с каяками. Отличный завтрак. В будние дни отель очень немноголюден, это доставляет отдельное удовольствие. В выходные приезжают брунейцы семьями, на завтраке становится тесновато, но у бассейнов при этом все равно не очень многолюдно. Трансфер из аэропорта за вменяемые деньги. Сотрудники аэропорта организовали нам также трансфер-экскурсию с водителем по столице. Мы купались в море, хотя это не рекомендовано отелем, но и не запрещают."

Не везде оперативно убирают мусор, принесенный морем

The sea has moved in so much over the years that there really is no place to sunbathe on the beach by the hotel. You can walk further down the beach - given space limited sun beds on the decking area.

"The location is right in the heart of Georgetown, within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions. The accommodation is beautifully designed,easily the best I’ve seen in Penang. The staff were incredibly friendly and always made sure we were well taken care of."

If I were to nitpick, the dinner menu could be a bit more interesting. Other than that, everything was great.

Очень посредственный завтрак и ужин, не берите полупансион, бессмысленная трата денег. Плюс в номере не очень хорошая шумоизоляция окон, из-за чего слышно всю ночь признающие мимо машины

"Прекрасная локация отеля! Песчаный пляж несколько километров, очень красивая территория, отличный бассейн, персонал очень вежливый и доброжелательный. Возникла проблема с первым днем пребывания, о которой сообщили за день до приезда, но менеджмент отеля очень достойно с красиво вышел из этой ситуации. Номера хорошие, свежие после реновации. Завтраки очень приличные. Особенно хочется отметить менеджера ресторана Damith, который моментально исправляет косяки персонала и поваров, он лучший!!! Очень хороший ресторан морепродуктов SHAC на территории отеля, вкусно необыкновенно, прекрасное обслуживание! СПА на территории отеля очень неплохой. В шаговой доступности от отеля несколько ресторанов, все вкусно и качественно, до города 5 минут на ТУК-ТУКе. Экскурсии лучше покупать у местных, на пляже стенд с возможными экскурсиями, все то же самое, но через отель дороже. Отель очень атмосферный."

Было удивительно, когда аква-аэробика проходила в бассейне без музыки! Думаю, 30 минут хорошей музыки не помешали бы отдыхающим, а наоборот добавили ли бы позитива.

The resort is not in walking distance to San Ignacio. You need a car (and worse a parking spot) to go there. This makes you dependent on the hotel‘s facilities and restaurant. Be aware that the breakfast included only means a small selection of breakfast choices. Whenever you want something extra eg eggs you pay extra! You pay a 10% „service charge“ on everything, even on the organization of tours, which is quite a ripoff. I did some activities organized by the hotel. These tours (especially the mayan cooking class) are real good, however as a single I had to pay for two people (minus a small discount). Moreover, tax & „service charge“ were added to the net prices mentioned in the flyer. Taken together this makes these tours unacceptably expensive.

"Great pools, no rush to grab a lounger in the morning, comfy bed, good shower, excellent location right in the middle of The Gap. The crazy golf course was superb! Gardens were large and well kept."

Bar was expensive so no-one really used it. Pure Ocean restaurant was just ok. Apartment was a bit tired in places. Felt it was expensive for what it was but worth paying the extra for pool/garden view.

"Если вы отдыхаете с детьми, то им здесь точно будет чем заняться. Большие бассейны, всевозможные игры, пенные вечеринки. Прекрасный персонал. В отеле несколько корпусов, корпус 2 без балконов, учитывайте при бронировании. Хорошая зеленая территория, номера большие, белье и полотенца свежие. В отеле есть пляж, песок там вулканический и почти черный, купаться можно, не глубоко. В наш приезд не было волн и народ купался. Океан очень теплый. Шведский стол не богатый, но есть из чего выбрать."

Наш номер был весьма старый, очень шумный кондиционер, который включался автоматически. Еда средняя, не плохо, но и сказать что отлично не могу.

"Room was clean. Exellent envirment with maintoun and water view. I chose the location since it is close Tramway and Flume Gorge."

The shower I used was really small.

A little tired in places - could do with a bit of a spruce up such as a lick of paint on all the walls, new carpets in the common areas (stairs) etc. Seemed to be a lot of staff but not a lot of guests (although the staff were lovely).

"I thought the meals were good overall and the locations (I.e. grill, restaurant) very convenient. The staff at Divi were very professional, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. My family felt welcomed throughout our stay and really enjoyed our time at the resort."

We would have preferred for our rooms to be closer together however we appreciate that the hotel was able to accommodate our additional request to have the rooms on the first floor in order to accommodate my elderly mom.

"The view from our room, any room in fact, looked out over the crashing waves that rolled in from the Indian Ocean. Biggest room weve had in Bali.The staff were ready to look after our every whim. They brought meals in from outside restaurants. Instead of 2 tiny water bottles per day they provided a 20 litre water dispenser. The pool overlooked the black pebbly beach. The surrounding area was not overwhelmed by tourists and the locals were 1980's friendly."

We didn't like leaving.

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

"Great snorkelling around the over water bungalows, lots of turtles feeding on the seagrass. Beautiful location, so relaxing. Beach access bungalows are very nice, newly renovated, comfy bed. Pool was awesome. Appreciated the sea bird conservation in the island. I actually loved the sounds of the Puffin de Pacifique birds at night - I thought it was a child crying at first lol… bungalows have earplugs, luckily! Complimentary buffet breakfast was good. Got a generous late check out, service was really good from the boat to the front desk to the restaurant and bar. Everyone speaks a very high level of English, not sure where the negative comments about staff come from - they were the best I experienced in NC by far."

It’s an expensive buffet dinner (around $80aud) but the choices were really good, esp the fresh seafood and all the desserts. It’s just not worth it if you don’t eat huge dinners. Order à la carte options instead, but nice to try the buffet just once. Consider BYO noodles and alcohol if you want to save money, buying food and drinks from the restaurant and bar adds up quick. Would have been good to be able to lock/unlock the back beach access door from outside with a key.

"A fun and colourful resort close to Grenada airport. We stayed here for a few nights at the start of our trip to Grenada and really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and reasonably comfortable; it had nice doors out with direct pool access and even had a small kitchenette. The grounds of the hotel are well thought out and it's nice to have the choice of pools, each with different views and vibes! The restaurant is great and we had some delicious meals, "Street Food Wednesday" was a highlight of our trip! There was also a wide range of tours and activities; we did a full island tour which was really worth it."

There are limited amenities near this hotel - other than the university, there is no town/restaurants/beach to walk to. The hotel was great and organizing taxis however and there is a free shuttle to the beach!

"Отель полностью соответствует соотношению цена-качество. Не самый комфортный, не самый чистый, завтрак далеко не самый разнообразный. Лежаков возле бассейна катастрофически не хватает. Но вспоминая цену, которую заплатил за проживание, все кажется очень даже неплохим. Как говорится, бедненько, но чистенько."

Чистота штор, кто-то вытирал пальцы об шторы неоднократно, не помешало бы их постирать.

"Очень живописная « деревенька» в стиле этно. На территории есть отдельно стоящие домики разного размера в старинном стиле и есть небольшой корпус отеля . Очень красивое ландшафтное оформление с прудиками, ручей есть даже внутри отдельно стоящего ресторана. В ресторане отличное обслуживание и вкусная еда. Есть очень красивый открытый бассейн, жаль что в это время года он не работает. Завтраки очень хорошие. На ресепшен очень приятные люди."

Складывается такое впечатление, что в объект вложено много средств, а сейчас на эксплуатацию их выделяется не совсем достаточно.

"A large resort, with a number of Pools and large beach area, with all sporting amenities. A number of eating options on site and we had two excellent meals at the two signature restaurants in the resort."

"This motel was a wonderful surprise! The location is excellent, and the entire place is exceptionally clean. The room design is elegant and tasteful, creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere. Everything felt very well cared for, and the cleanliness really stood out. Highly recommended!"

If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be the layout — the bed is a bit close to the entrance door, which made the space feel slightly tight at times.
