"Exceptional staff that turn this hotel into an unforgettable getaway. The whole place truly transports you somewhere else. The staff, coming from all over the Caribbean, were incredibly warm and friendly, making our stay feel genuinely special. The owner was fantastic—always present, talking with us, sharing stories, and really bringing them to life. It has been a delightful trip and a wonderful stay. We travelled with kids and it was the perfect set up. There are no real windows (only blinds and mosquito nets), so when the kids got loud, the neighbors could hear us. However room ventilation is really good, as there is a nice breeze at night. The location is also very convenient, well connected to both the north and the south. The food was surprisingly very good for a 4 night stay, breakfast was delicious. The pool and surroundings are wonderful. Would stay here every time I go back to Dominica."

The beach sand was a bit uncomfortable with lots of rocks and twigs.

"Гостиница удобно расположена, недалеко остановки автобусов, пешком недалеко до центральных улиц и площадей, вокруг много кафе, ресторанчиков, магазинов. Номера большие, просторные, есть все необходимое, оборудование работает. Завтраки хорошие, есть выбор местной и европейской кухни. Совсем недалеко зона казино для интересующихся. В целом, хорошая гостиница"

Цена, на наш взгляд, для номера гостиницы этой сети оказалась выше ожиданий.

"Really clean, big rooms, nice that you don’t need to wake up early to reserve the sunbeds. Breakfast included. Really nice beach. Cold towel and virgin shot service at the pool every day. They really made us to feel special, this was our anniversary trip."

A little bit noise from the outside in the early mornings and you always heard the ice machine used in the hallway. There was also renovation in one of the resraurants, which we did not know beforehand and there were thrilling at day time, which we heard in our room. Also a lot of other small maintain, like bug spraying in our room and men repairing aircon in front of our room in most of the days. We couldn’t eat breakfast in Tara wing because of the renovation, because they closed early every morning. Nobody told us that. A lot of bird poop everywhere and the birds in the breakfast area/tables in the beach restaurant.

"Отель находится в живописном месте !Очень красивая природа !Комфорт,цена ,качество на высшем уровне!Очень достойный завтра (был выключен в стоимость проживания ).Единственное ,что я думала бассейн не входит в стоимость ,оказалось посещение бассейна тоже входило в стоимость нашего проживания )Не удалось нам посетить бассейн!(это моя ошибка не дочитала условия проживания ),персонал при заселении сразу рассказал ,что мы можем посетить бесплатно !В следующий раз я буду готова. Возьмем с собой принадлежности для плаванья и с удовольствием посетим !"

"The hotel was exceptional from arriving to leaving. The little touches make it extra special like free mini bar, little gifts in your room every evening, water hampers on the beach. The beach is amazing, all rooms have perfect views. Staff are very attentive. Breakfast has the best choices, one of the best I have had. Michelin star restaurant is fabulous would definitely recommend."

Rooms very expensive but definitely worth a visit

"Отдых получился замечательным! В первую очередь для нас было главным наличие безбарьерной среды, так как наш сын передвигается на инвалидной коляске. Наш апартамент находился всего в нескольких минутах от моря, был удобный спуск к морю на коляске. По территории мы тоже могли передвигаться, единственное — вверх подняться не могли, так как подъём слишком высокий. Персонал был очень внимательным и доброжелательным."

Питание в ресторане показалось однообразным, почти каждый день было одно и то же. Мы также ходили в пиццерию на берегу моря, где кухня нам понравилась.

Это прекрасное место, где можно уединиться и насладиться природой и тишиной. Хорошая цена. Есть купель с водой из источников с видом на горы и поле с овечками. Купель чистая, я не понимаю, кто пишет отзывы, что она грязная. Были при температуре на улице +2, вода была между теплой и горячей в купели, и прекрасная горячая сауна-это все включено в стоимость проживания. Замечательный персонал, очень добродушный, все объясняет. Быстро отвечают на сообщения. Сделали нам бесплатно апгрейд номера, так как было наполовину пусто в гостевом доме. Можно заказать ужин (до 21:00) и завтрак, шеф-повар очень вкусно готовит. Вернулись бы еще много раз. Спасибо хозяевам и персоналу!!! Успехов Вам! Вы большие молодцы!"

"Well maintained, super friendly and helpful staff. Room was always well stocked with towels and cleaned. Nicola does a great job by the pool keeping everyone happy with towels, food and drinks. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly and the bartender was always smiling and talkative. D Richard’s steakhouse was great - Steak Diane and Filet were both excellent. Sol de Mar had good Mediterranean style food with a relaxed atmosphere. My husband and I ate here on a few occasions- pasta with lobster, veal scallopini both great choices. Close location to a number of off property restaurants that are excellent."

The pads on the loungers are very old, worn thin and extremely uncomfortable to sit on. Chef’s Table wasn’t good- we ate only one dinner there and the lobster cake and fish were dried out. The pasta dish with Shrimp had the full shell on the shrimp still making eating very messy. Lobster Fest on the beach was disappointing. The lobster was dried out as it had been sitting under lamps for some time. We waited 30 minutes past our reservation time to finally get a table after speaking with the manager in charge. Very unorganized.

A little tired in places - could do with a bit of a spruce up such as a lick of paint on all the walls, new carpets in the common areas (stairs) etc. Seemed to be a lot of staff but not a lot of guests (although the staff were lovely).

"The kids loved the pool facilities. Miss Tandin and Me Shyam on the desk were particularly helpful. They arranged to meet our needs with a pleasant smile. The room service was excellent and well trained. Thank you all"

The location was a little to the edge of the city but that may be a good thing for some looking for peace & quiet. The decor is a bit dated
