It is slight expensive and the restaurant don't have paper menu. Please tell them to have menu on the table or present it when asked.

"I had never been to an all inclusive resort before and was sceptical and personally probably will never do it again but nothing to do with the Bareclo, simply my preference but the resort was totally amazing considering the price. I had one of the bungalows which has large vey well decorated and very comfortable likewise the bathroom. Considering the size of the resort the WiFi was excellent . I never used the pool which was huge but instead the beach and swam several times The beach is stunning and spotlessly clean as to the gardens they are stunning and so well kept. The staff were so friendly and helpful especially so the ones in the dining room I have never seen such a volume of food being served ( and consumed !) in such vast qualities and the staff there in my view were so patient considering what they were dealing with! Overall I cannot fault the resort in any major way you get amazing value for money … congratulations to Barcelo"

The checking in process is very unwieldy on arrival I joined a queue of at least 50 people I got there in the early afternoon and they simply would not let anyone in to their room before 3 pm And surely some of rooms were really and why allow check ins as was available . This is not the first time I have come across this attitude The resort is large and at first it was difficult to find your bungalow as it’s not overly well signposted The was an entertainment lady around the pool screaming down a microphone … why is that necessary ? Overall it was a great stay Well done Barcelo

"Exceptional site and lovely beaches & swimming pools with good restaurants"

The fact that, despite the heat, rooms were not supplied with drinking water & this had to be ordered from room service at $5 a small bottle. We had just arrived from staying at the Hamilton Princess hotel in Bermuda &, as is normal for luxury hotels of this standard, that had no problem in supplying drinking water to guests free of charge.

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

В целом, хорошая гостиница"

Цена, на наш взгляд, для номера гостиницы этой сети оказалась выше ожиданий.

Еда не очень понравилась. Чистота бассейнов. сложно общаться, когда на знаешь испанский, а персонал не знает английский)) несколько человек только знают

"Excellent location, plenty of facilities on the grounds to choose from. Mambo beach was not too crowsded as we feared, and there was no construction in the area. Great customer service too, we appreciated the followup email asking if there is anything we need during our stay and our request was immediately granted."

Staff could have been a bit more friendlier, especially Hemingway/receptionists. Also there was a slight smell of mold in our room. You can pay in EUR, but not worth it since the change you will get back is in USD, hence losing money.

I wish the restaurant area lighti g could be improved especially closer to the water...it would make a lovely evening entertainment area.

"Отель находится в живописном месте !Очень красивая природа !Комфорт,цена ,качество на высшем уровне!Очень достойный завтра (был выключен в стоимость проживания ).Единственное ,что я думала бассейн не входит в стоимость ,оказалось посещение бассейна тоже входило в стоимость нашего проживания )Не удалось нам посетить бассейн!(это моя ошибка не дочитала условия проживания ),персонал при заселении сразу рассказал ,что мы можем посетить бесплатно !В следующий раз я буду готова. Возьмем с собой принадлежности для плаванья и с удовольствием посетим !"

"Атмосфера, персонал, вид из окна нашего номера, отношение к гостям, питание, бассейн. В отеле думают о комфорте гостей. Тапочки и халаты в номере, в халате удобно ходить в бассейн, сейф, розетки разных стандартов, не надо привозить с собой переходник. Близко паром на соседний остров, там можно сесть в красный двухэтажный автобус и совершить 2х часовое путешествие по острову. Напротив выхода из аэропорта остановка прямого автобуса ТD1, который привезёт к отелю, выходить на остановке Ахраш. Цена 3.50 евро. В пути 1.5 часа. Отель находится в очень красивом месте."

Далековато от аэропорта, тусклый свет в ванной комнате, пора постирать шторы и занавески в номере.

Когда попросили дополнительное кол- во принесли пластиковые. Два ресторана на берегу из двух не работали 3 дня в неделю. Возможно был не сезон. Но тогда что говорить об этом отеле в зимние месяца!!!

"The location is right in the heart of Georgetown, within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions. The accommodation is beautifully designed,easily the best I’ve seen in Penang. The staff were incredibly friendly and always made sure we were well taken care of."

If I were to nitpick, the dinner menu could be a bit more interesting. Other than that, everything was great.

"Больше всего понравился вид с террасы ресторана, где проходили завтраки. Вид на крюгер парк и реку, в которой купались бегемоты каждый день. Вид на красивейшие закаты."

Номер был довольно скромный., очень простой. От кровати пахло неприятно - как будто красили дерево или еще что то. В номере был балкон с видом на реку , но не панорамный ( с одной стороны какая то колючая проволока и кусты) . Завтрак довольно скромный, выбор блюд небольшой.

Check air conditioner operation before sleeping! We down graded to beach front from water bungalow but didnt get discount or reimbursement from booking dot com. :( Had noisy neighouring resort from parties over 2 days.

"The location is ideal for a first-time traveler to Kokopo it is right in the center of the city. Staff is friendly and helpful. The food is good, and the restaurant well located for a good view to the now quiet volcano in Rabaul and the Duke of York islands during the day."
