О том, что бассейн работают только в июне-июле мы узнали уже после бронирования… месторасположение не очень удачное, рядом только один магазин, который работает до 17.00

"Great snorkelling around the over water bungalows, lots of turtles feeding on the seagrass. Beautiful location, so relaxing. Beach access bungalows are very nice, newly renovated, comfy bed. Pool was awesome. Appreciated the sea bird conservation in the island. I actually loved the sounds of the Puffin de Pacifique birds at night - I thought it was a child crying at first lol… bungalows have earplugs, luckily! Complimentary buffet breakfast was good. Got a generous late check out, service was really good from the boat to the front desk to the restaurant and bar. Everyone speaks a very high level of English, not sure where the negative comments about staff come from - they were the best I experienced in NC by far."

It’s an expensive buffet dinner (around $80aud) but the choices were really good, esp the fresh seafood and all the desserts. It’s just not worth it if you don’t eat huge dinners. Order à la carte options instead, but nice to try the buffet just once. Consider BYO noodles and alcohol if you want to save money, buying food and drinks from the restaurant and bar adds up quick. Would have been good to be able to lock/unlock the back beach access door from outside with a key.

"The stuff was very friendly, checking all the time if we need anything extra or providing guidance if we needed some tips about the island. The room was very nice, with everything we needed, including in the kitchen. Highly recommended!"

The mosquitoes at the pool ☺️. There is nothing we can think of that we didn’t like about the accommodation.

"Spacious ,well equipped ,large balcony with barbecue. 3 restaurants and supermarket within 5 min walk.small but beautifully presented pool with sunbeds and sun shades"

You definitely need a car and we had difficulty hiring one.There was also no water on our last day. This is overcome by a back up system which needs to be turned on by staff who may not be on site till 10am

С пятницу на субботу очень шумно, то ли из-за казино, то ли из-за орущих гостей, но просто невозможно было уснуть до часа ночи. Я так и не поняла как сделать воду горячее, еле тёплая лилась

"Мы выбрали этот отель на одну ночь, из-за позднего прибытия на Самоа, и поэтому его толком не успели рассмотреть и оценить. Могу лишь сказать, что это полноценная 4-ка: всё работает, всё в меру комфортно. Вполне отвечающая традициям сервиса этой сети. Кому нужен стабильный гарантированный сервис и отдых, с учётом удалённости от цивилизации, тому здесь вполне подойдёт."

Грязновато местами, как по территории, так и по коридорам и в номере. Небрежно исправляют какие-то поломки. Лагуны действительно заилинные, и поэтому после волнения океана или от движения воды в прилив/отлив - муть не оседает наверное в течение всего дня.

W pokoju dwuosobowym byla jedna butelka wody, jeden recznik , jedna koldra.Ale bylismy tylko jedna noc , dlatego nie bylo to az tak uciazliwe, podejrzewam pomylke przy zameldowaniu

"Натуральный угольный гриль, возможность даже расположиться и кушать на улице, т.к. есть столики и стулья. Детская площадка. Аутентичный интерьер и экстерьер. С одной стороны гора с другой прекрасный вид на поселение."

Общаться можно, но слабый Wi-fi.

"I had the most wonderful stay! The island was so incredibly picturesque, my chalet dreamy, the food phenomenal and Annarine and Rodney were absolutely gems! I felt so very safe and well minded. The wifi in the restaurant was top notch. Will definitely be back again soon! 🩷"

Невозможно организовать тортик ко дню рождения, цветы или хотя бы десерт со свечкой

"Room was clean. Exellent envirment with maintoun and water view. I chose the location since it is close Tramway and Flume Gorge."

The shower I used was really small.

"Bonito lugar bien ubicado cerquita al mar, atención muy buena. La habitación cómoda y limpia, la comida que ofrecen es muy rica, muy bien calidad - precio. Punto a mejorar, el desayuno, algo típico sería más atractivo."

"pool was great, room was nice but if I had a choice I would rather stay on ground floor given my age and carting of luggage my husband has a disability and the walk was to long other than that if was very nice the breakfast was great!"

the dinner was abit expensive

"Nagyon kedves személyzet, rugalmas opciók vacsora és spa elményekkel kapcsolatosan , családias, de annál szuperebb spa, rendkívül csendes, pihentető környezet, kényelmes bútorok, közösségi, de csendes tér, társasjátékok, sakk, pingpong. Igazán rég voltunk ilyen szuper pihentető, csendes helyen."

"Очень хорошие внимательные официанты в основном ресторане. Вкусное мясо на ужин. В номере есть всё необходимое."

Десерты с использованием дешевой ванили. Бедный завтрак ( сравниваю с прошлыми тремя визитами в этот отель). У бассейна, где выдают полотенца, в зоне где есть дети играют песни со словами не для детских ушей. Шум пылесоса или какого-то компрессора со стороны бассейна в 6.50 утром (мы не планировали так рано просыпаться).

"Отличный отель. Хорошие номера, вкусные завтраки и ужины . Заботливый персонал. Учитывайте что отель не у моря. До моря 5-10 минут на машине. Wi-Fi только в зоне лобби и ресторана - но для нас это был даже плюс, чем минус."

Не хватало наверное только какой-то детской зоны. Но это не критично.

Organised tours available for guests from tourist agencies, for self organised guests rent-a-car is the only option for sightseeing. Some facilities require better maintenance.

"Замечательные хозяева, вкуснейший завтрак. Очень чистые, уютные юрты. Очень красиво расположено в горах и легко добраться. Удобно для радиальных маршрутов, как пеших, так и на лошадях. Хозяин помог с поломкой машины. Очень рекомендую"

"Отель находится в живописном месте !Очень красивая природа !Комфорт,цена ,качество на высшем уровне!Очень достойный завтра (был выключен в стоимость проживания ).Единственное ,что я думала бассейн не входит в стоимость ,оказалось посещение бассейна тоже входило в стоимость нашего проживания )Не удалось нам посетить бассейн!(это моя ошибка не дочитала условия проживания ),персонал при заселении сразу рассказал ,что мы можем посетить бесплатно !В следующий раз я буду готова. Возьмем с собой принадлежности для плаванья и с удовольствием посетим !"

"Very good location. They have a restaurant so you are covered for food (which is not necessarily easy to find in the island). Very nice diving and very good diving instructor (Amy). Beautiful sunrise in the company of cute property dogs."

Do not expect new rooms, rooms are old but price is expected and service level is very high And also is good to have local money

The absence of a choice of restaurants inside the resort, but there are many outside

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.
