"ВСе отлично! Уютный отель, близко к центру. В то же время довольно уединенный."

Побольше разнообразия на завтраках.

"Lo que más me gustó de mi estancia en la cabaña fue la tranquilidad en el sector donde esta ubicada, por una parte esta cerca del centro de Punta de Tralca, pero a la vez esta emplazada en medio de un mini bosque de eucaliptos lleno de tranquilidad, además el lugar de las cabañas es precioso, lleno de jardines, áreas verdes y una hermosa fuente con nenúfares"

lo que podría mejorar es el hecho de que en la cabaña en la que me quedé había un gran ventanal el cual no tenía cortinas, por lo que la habitación se iluminaba mucho demasiado temprano, además de que la cama, aunque es de dos plazas, es más pequeña

"Very good location. They have a restaurant so you are covered for food (which is not necessarily easy to find in the island). Very nice diving and very good diving instructor (Amy). Beautiful sunrise in the company of cute property dogs."

"Everything was amazing! The owners take great pride in their new property and hospitality. We felt super welcomed and honestly spoilt! The room was beautiful with proper linens, thick towels and a hot shower!! The food was delicious - we tried pretty much everything in the menu. Great variety and portions. Lovely place to hang and relax by the pool or take a kayak to the nearby village and mangroves. This was our favourite stay on a 6 week trip and recommend to anyone staying in the area!! All the best to these wonderful hosts!! Xo"

Wish we stayed longer.

The meal quality for dinner was reasonable. The breakfast buffet was poor.

"We liked the city/village where the hotel was in. We liked the pool and the fact that we had it for ourselves. the breakfast was great, staff was really nice."

"Staff are friendly and helpful, and our room was good. The environment is beautiful, and we love the Rossmund golf estate."

There seems to be a lack of management oversight, with some areas for improvement. For example, one of the bath mats which was in place in front of the shower had holes in it - which really shouldn't happen. And there is a need for a "refresh" of the the rooms.

"Отличный вид из номера, пешая доступность до подъемника. Красивое и уютное оформление номера, очень чистый номер, в котором есть все необходимое. Заселение и выезд прошли без проблем. Очень удобно, что есть выхода на 2 стороны. Есть шкафчик для хранения горнолыжного оборудования на первом этаже."

Душевая кабина протекала, приходилось после каждого приема душа вытирать шваброй пол в ванной. Шумоизоляция слабая, слышно абсолютно все в соседних номера и коридоре. Шумные соседи. Холодный пол, но это решается привезенными с собой тапочками.

주변에 식당이없다보니 골드카드로 갔는데 식사를 그나마 괜찮은건 마젤란이었는데 3박동안 가려니 너무 질리더라구요 사이판pic처럼 좀더 다양한 레스토랑이 있었으면 좋겠어요

"Чистая ванна с зубной щеткой и пастой, тапочки, теплая мансарда с рабочим телевизором, чайником и чаем\кофе, бокалами для вина и вино в холодильнике(платное). Менеджер быстро нашла гида для экскурсии и столик в ресторане, хотя не бронировали заранее"

70 евро за ночь в месте, куда можно добраться только на машине и нечего смотреть, лично для меня дорого

"Абсолютно великолепное место, это настоящий оазис в пустыне, на берегу океана. Место где можно по настоящему отдохнуть, комфортные номера со всем необходимым, трасса с качелями. Когда спишь ночью слышно как волны бьются о берег."

Добраться на своём авто невозможно, если у вас не полноприволный внедородник. Но нудно сказать что из любого места вас забирает водитель и приводит в отель по первому звонку, так что это не большая проблема добраться до отеля, и скорее всего вам оттуда выходить не захочется, внутри есть все необходимое.

"Здравствуйте. Все было супер, номер, расположение, еда, но есть один минус официанта пока сама не подойдёшь не идут, вам нужна кнопка вызова, а так все понравилось"

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

"Fantastic little resort with super friendly staff and a superb kitchen."

"I’m fond of fine dining but for a little fella from Tennessee I would have loved some bacon/ham, home fried potatoes and eggs. Maybe just a hash of some kind. And the menu, which was delicious, was limited. I love a good tuna sandwich, you provide one, but that’s more my cold cut for lunch rather than my breakfast to get started with."

Only things that you couldn’t have done anything about. But I will say that on our stay one of the employees walked by and asked about our day. When hearing about how sunburned we had gotten and wished for aloe a fresh cut cup came delivered while we were away. That’s not a compliment or a complaint. That’s above all expectation.

"Отель расположен очень удачно. До моря 3 минуты, пляж потрясающий, пологий вход в море, песок. Есть охраняемая парковка. В отеле очень чисто, уборка ежедневно, смена белья и полотенец тоже. Красивый вид на бассейн, и совершенно потрясающая зелёная лужайка, особое удовольствие ходить босиком. В номере много шкафов для хранения, и это очень здорово. Для меня важно порядок в комнате. есть чайник и кофеварка. Питание в отеле очень качественное. У нас был полупансион и мы остались очень довольны. Потрясающий персонал. Работники ресторана создают неповторимую домашнюю обстановку и чувство, что здесь вам рады. Мы однозначно вернёмся сюда. Огромная благодарность всем, кто сделал наш отдых волшебным."

Немного расстроил wi-fi, вроде он есть, но как то ограничено.

"We are a couple and we love this spot, the cabins are cozy and cute and the surroundings are exceptional. If you want nice lunch, theres also a really tasty lunch buffet place very close, next to the gas station on the way to this place. We will come back next year!"

В ресторане официанты обслуживали очень долго. Кофе ждал 15 минут, так как забыли про заказ. На этаже консьержа(дворецкого) утром не мог найти в течение 20 минут. На въезде через КПП на своей машине пришлось ждать более 20 минут , это недопустимо. Парковщик подает машину очень долго (в среднем 12-14 минут).

"Близко к аэропорту, тц, аквапарк, парк. Оставались на две ночи. Комфортно провели время"

"Nice calm resort well eqiupped spa, large rooms, great food, drink as well.. What is on top level is staff, in particular super nice lady at reception, always ready to help, moving you immediatelly to relaxing mood on arrival. Hope landlord is well aware having such a treasure in the team."

"Absolutely fabulous resort in a spectacular location. Every staff member was welcoming and helpful. Special shout out to Sala, Shadow, and Papu! But really, everyone was great."

Nothing to not like.

"Beautiful view, with exceptional service. The staff is extremely friendly, makes a point of learning your name and providing the personal touch. A bit outside the busy Stone Town area, very close to the airport. Well priced."

The breakfast is a bit disappointing, would have loved a strong cup of coffee, but the rest of the menu is really enjoyable, and the great service more than makes up for the slightly under par breakfast.

"Breakfast was fantastic. The meal we had at the restaurant was delicious. The room was comfortable and clean. Parking included was good. The facilities were excellent, including swimming, ice skating, curling, etc"
