"Очень дружелюбный персонал! Разнообразное питание, Большие номера. Территория очень ухоженная и зелёная. Аниматоры тоже очень стараются, вечерние шоу великолепны! Бармены просто красавцы! Отдельно хочется выделить ресторан Salia Mellieha- прекрасное обслуживание и очень-очень вкусно! И единственное место в отеле где подают правильный кофе."

Наш номер был с видом на дорогу и частично на море-так вот-очень шумно, несмотря на закрытую дверь балкона. Кондиционер тоже гремит и почти не охлаждает. Кофе отвратительный!

Due to Eid holiday the room was not ready & clean at check in time.

Organised tours available for guests from tourist agencies, for self organised guests rent-a-car is the only option for sightseeing. Some facilities require better maintenance.

"Due to another group booking received a free upgrade to an entire private bungalow. Staff and service was professional and friendly throughout. Rooms were spacious, exceptionally clean (cleaning staff deserve a bonus!), and beds comfortable. Included riding tour was a pleasant surprise and really enjoyable, highly recommended. The whole setup as a non-profit for the benefit of the community is commendable. I strongly recommend staying here!"

Купель чистая, я не понимаю, кто пишет отзывы, что она грязная. Были при температуре на улице +2, вода была между теплой и горячей в купели, и прекрасная горячая сауна-это все включено в стоимость проживания. Замечательный персонал, очень добродушный, все объясняет. Быстро отвечают на сообщения. Сделали нам бесплатно апгрейд номера, так как было наполовину пусто в гостевом доме. Можно заказать ужин (до 21:00) и завтрак, шеф-повар очень вкусно готовит. Вернулись бы еще много раз. Спасибо хозяевам и персоналу!!! Успехов Вам! Вы большие молодцы!"

it’s outdated! needs more activities for the kids.. or indoor playgrounds.. because of the heat and questioning weather they should have more means of transportation inside of the resort and include more varieties in the breakfast. They should have express check in and check out

"Beautiful view, with exceptional service. The staff is extremely friendly, makes a point of learning your name and providing the personal touch. A bit outside the busy Stone Town area, very close to the airport. Well priced."

The breakfast is a bit disappointing, would have loved a strong cup of coffee, but the rest of the menu is really enjoyable, and the great service more than makes up for the slightly under par breakfast.

"Отель очень понравился. Жили в корпусе Seaview. У отеля очень классная территория и береговая линия. Огромный бассейн с каяками. Отличный завтрак. В будние дни отель очень немноголюден, это доставляет отдельное удовольствие. В выходные приезжают брунейцы семьями, на завтраке становится тесновато, но у бассейнов при этом все равно не очень многолюдно. Трансфер из аэропорта за вменяемые деньги. Сотрудники аэропорта организовали нам также трансфер-экскурсию с водителем по столице. Мы купались в море, хотя это не рекомендовано отелем, но и не запрещают."

Не везде оперативно убирают мусор, принесенный морем

You definitely need a car and we had difficulty hiring one.There was also no water on our last day. This is overcome by a back up system which needs to be turned on by staff who may not be on site till 10am

"年数は感じるもののオシャレな外観。 １室が中で２部屋に分かれており、更にそれぞれ２つずつベッドがありました。部屋同士もトイレや浴室のある通路をドアで挟んでおり行き来できます。それぞれの部屋も広い。エアコンもしっかり効くし、wi-fiやワイヤレス充電器もある。 朝食はゴルフ場のレストランで、サラダ、トースト、スクランブルエッグ＆ベーコン、スープ、ヨーグルト、飲み物をいただきました。美味しかったですが、ヨーグルトは大人向けの味です。甘くないので、子供達はトーストの苺ジャムを混ぜました。 スタッフはみんな丁寧な方ばかりでした。"

室内の鍵がかからない所がある。バルコニーへの鍵も壊れてて開かない。外スリッパも準備されているのに。時期的なものもあるかも知れないけど、窓が虫ついてて汚れている。 近くにコンビニ等ないので、夕食はよく考えてから施設に向かいましょう。

Breakfast could be improved.

"Staff are friendly and helpful, and our room was good. The environment is beautiful, and we love the Rossmund golf estate."

There seems to be a lack of management oversight, with some areas for improvement. For example, one of the bath mats which was in place in front of the shower had holes in it - which really shouldn't happen. And there is a need for a "refresh" of the the rooms.
