"Апартаменты отличные. Комната большая. Есть все необходимое. Расположение потрясающее. Один пляж в 3-х минутах ходьбы, второй пляж минут 5-7 ходьбы. До легендарного нисси бич 15 минут ходьбы. Место супер"

"The beachfront location. Hotel staff are all very nice."

Restaurant waiters are useless, slow, just talking to each other. . Even if you are a guest at hotel they want you to pay for the huts. Hotel guests should get at least a free hour daily. There is no real beach seating for hotel guests to relax.

No staff available to greet us and show us to our apartment. The internet was useless.

Breakfast could be improved.

"The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food. The tropical gardens around the hotel were beautiful and larger than any hotel gardens I have seen elsewhere in Asia and very well maintained. In particular we would like to mention Mr Tony Tong the Hospitality Manager who was very helpful advising us on excursions and sorting out a serious travel problem (0ne railway ticket booked instead of two!)"

it’s outdated! needs more activities for the kids.. or indoor playgrounds.. because of the heat and questioning weather they should have more means of transportation inside of the resort and include more varieties in the breakfast. They should have express check in and check out

"The resort is beautiful .. there are large villas and smaller bungalows. It’s right on the beach with a lovely infinity pool and garden overlooking the beach. Rooms are comfortable and staff very friendly."

Location could be too quiet for some travelers

"Еда в этом отеле выше всяких похвал, все очень вкусно и разнообразно!!! Пляж прямо у отеля каменистый, до самых лучших пляжей острова можно доехать за 5 минут на авто или прогуляться по побережью, что мы и делали)))"

Все понравилось! Единственное пожелание - в полупансион добавить проживающим бутылочку бесплатной воды в день, было бы очень кстати))

室内の鍵がかからない所がある。バルコニーへの鍵も壊れてて開かない。外スリッパも準備されているのに。時期的なものもあるかも知れないけど、窓が虫ついてて汚れている。 近くにコンビニ等ないので、夕食はよく考えてから施設に向かいましょう。

"Mr. Emad and his team is very polite and respectful & efficient also when I reached there the room was not ready at the check-in time but he arrange and ready the room with in half hour."

Due to Eid holiday the room was not ready & clean at check in time.
