"Location stunning / staff lovely / food fantastic / pool lovely / bungalow just right / other cabins were stunning but wasted on us for a few nights so we just had a bungalow"

"Отдых получился замечательным! В первую очередь для нас было главным наличие безбарьерной среды, так как наш сын передвигается на инвалидной коляске. Наш апартамент находился всего в нескольких минутах от моря, был удобный спуск к морю на коляске. По территории мы тоже могли передвигаться, единственное — вверх подняться не могли, так как подъём слишком высокий. Персонал был очень внимательным и доброжелательным."

Питание в ресторане показалось однообразным, почти каждый день было одно и то же. Мы также ходили в пиццерию на берегу моря, где кухня нам понравилась.

"A large resort, with a number of Pools and large beach area, with all sporting amenities. A number of eating options on site and we had two excellent meals at the two signature restaurants in the resort."

All the beach bars closing at least 1 hour prior to sunset.

The furniture is a little outdated. The room service could add more variety to their menu.

"The hotel was exceptional from arriving to leaving. The little touches make it extra special like free mini bar, little gifts in your room every evening, water hampers on the beach. The beach is amazing, all rooms have perfect views. Staff are very attentive. Breakfast has the best choices, one of the best I have had. Michelin star restaurant is fabulous would definitely recommend."

Rooms very expensive but definitely worth a visit

"Гостиница удобно расположена, недалеко остановки автобусов, пешком недалеко до центральных улиц и площадей, вокруг много кафе, ресторанчиков, магазинов. Номера большие, просторные, есть все необходимое, оборудование работает. Завтраки хорошие, есть выбор местной и европейской кухни. Совсем недалеко зона казино для интересующихся. В целом, хорошая гостиница"

Цена, на наш взгляд, для номера гостиницы этой сети оказалась выше ожиданий.

"Очень много красивых птиц. Вкусный завтрак. Внимательный и очень дружелюбный персонал. Умиротворенная обстановка."

Водоросли по всему побережью. Я не была готова к такому количеству водорослей и не смогла плавать в море, но это географическая/климатическая особенность- к отелю не имеет отношения

"Отель очень понравился. Жили в корпусе Seaview. У отеля очень классная территория и береговая линия. Огромный бассейн с каяками. Отличный завтрак. В будние дни отель очень немноголюден, это доставляет отдельное удовольствие. В выходные приезжают брунейцы семьями, на завтраке становится тесновато, но у бассейнов при этом все равно не очень многолюдно. Трансфер из аэропорта за вменяемые деньги. Сотрудники аэропорта организовали нам также трансфер-экскурсию с водителем по столице. Мы купались в море, хотя это не рекомендовано отелем, но и не запрещают."

Не везде оперативно убирают мусор, принесенный морем

"Очень дружелюбный персонал, всегда с улыбкой, стараются помочь если к ним обращаешься и в целом всегда уточняют все ли хорошо и нравился ли нам отдых. Очень чисто, уборка приходила стабильно 2 раза в день, всегда есть вода в номере и свежие полотенца. Небольшой, но хороший спортзал. Еда в ресторане Nomad - супер, большой выбор, каждый вечер разная тематика (морепродукты, маврикийская еда, индийская, арабская, итальянская). Так же за время пребывания в отеле мы ездили на снорклинг и научились кататься на водных лыжах!"

Иногда протекала вода под душевой дверью в ванную комнату, но за счет частой уборки я в этом проблемы не вижу:)

"The view from our room, any room in fact, looked out over the crashing waves that rolled in from the Indian Ocean. Biggest room weve had in Bali.The staff were ready to look after our every whim. They brought meals in from outside restaurants. Instead of 2 tiny water bottles per day they provided a 20 litre water dispenser. The pool overlooked the black pebbly beach. The surrounding area was not overwhelmed by tourists and the locals were 1980's friendly."

We didn't like leaving.

"The customer service, friendliness of all the staff, and welcoming were superb. We have never met people who are all friendly, with no exception and all the staff always greeted everyone with a smile"

Nothing to dislike

"Excellent location, plenty of facilities on the grounds to choose from. Mambo beach was not too crowsded as we feared, and there was no construction in the area. Great customer service too, we appreciated the followup email asking if there is anything we need during our stay and our request was immediately granted."

Staff could have been a bit more friendlier, especially Hemingway/receptionists. Also there was a slight smell of mold in our room. You can pay in EUR, but not worth it since the change you will get back is in USD, hence losing money.

"Nice and spaceous property just a 5-10 min drive from Tahko Ski Resort. 3 of the rooms out of 4 had private bathrooms, which was very convinient. Also the sauna was very specious. Would come back again!"

Not enough umbrellas outside on tables

"Visited before. It’s good to see they have renovated as it was starting to look v tired"

The sea has moved in so much over the years that there really is no place to sunbathe on the beach by the hotel. You can walk further down the beach - given space limited sun beds on the decking area.

"This motel was a wonderful surprise! The location is excellent, and the entire place is exceptionally clean. The room design is elegant and tasteful, creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere. Everything felt very well cared for, and the cleanliness really stood out. Highly recommended!"

If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be the layout — the bed is a bit close to the entrance door, which made the space feel slightly tight at times.

The food was somewhat repetitive and sometimes bland.

En el gimnasio no funcionaban las maquinas. La habitación está bien es limpia y cómoda pero se podría actualizar un poco la decoración. Por ser un resort en el precio podría estar incluido el desayuno

"The location is the best. Easy access when arriving at Lac Rose. Most activities are located right in front of the hotel (horse/camel riding, quad rental to ride in the sand dunes, etc). The hotel is literally on the lake, with the terrasse and dining area built over the water."

Some items on the menu tasted like they were not fresh. The AC in the room was a bit underperforming and noisy. The lock on the glass door going to the balcony was broken and could not be locked.

"The location is ideal for a first-time traveler to Kokopo it is right in the center of the city. Staff is friendly and helpful. The food is good, and the restaurant well located for a good view to the now quiet volcano in Rabaul and the Duke of York islands during the day."

The restaurant was dry cold and the dinner service should had been a lot better

Organised tours available for guests from tourist agencies, for self organised guests rent-a-car is the only option for sightseeing. Some facilities require better maintenance.
