"Отель находится в живописном месте !Очень красивая природа !Комфорт,цена ,качество на высшем уровне!Очень достойный завтра (был выключен в стоимость проживания ).Единственное ,что я думала бассейн не входит в стоимость ,оказалось посещение бассейна тоже входило в стоимость нашего проживания )Не удалось нам посетить бассейн!(это моя ошибка не дочитала условия проживания ),персонал при заселении сразу рассказал ,что мы можем посетить бесплатно !В следующий раз я буду готова. "年数は感じるもののオシャレな外観。 １室が中で２部屋に分かれており、更にそれぞれ２つずつベッドがありました。部屋同士もトイレや浴室のある通路をドアで挟んでおり行き来できます。それぞれの部屋も広い。エアコンもしっかり効くし、wi-fiやワイヤレス充電器もある。 朝食はゴルフ場のレストランで、サラダ、トースト、スクランブルエッグ＆ベーコン、スープ、ヨーグルト、飲み物をいただきました。美味しかったですが、ヨーグルトは大人向けの味です。甘くないので、子供達はトーストの苺ジャムを混ぜました。 スタッフはみんな丁寧な方ばかりでした。"

室内の鍵がかからない所がある。バルコニーへの鍵も壊れてて開かない。外スリッパも準備されているのに。時期的なものもあるかも知れないけど、窓が虫ついてて汚れている。 近くにコンビニ等ないので、夕食はよく考えてから施設に向かいましょう。

"Очень дружелюбный персонал! Разнообразное питание, Большие номера. Территория очень ухоженная и зелёная. Аниматоры тоже очень стараются, вечерние шоу великолепны! Бармены просто красавцы! Отдельно хочется выделить ресторан Salia Mellieha- прекрасное обслуживание и очень-очень вкусно! И единственное место в отеле где подают правильный кофе."

Наш номер был с видом на дорогу и частично на море-так вот-очень шумно, несмотря на закрытую дверь балкона. Кондиционер тоже гремит и почти не охлаждает. Кофе отвратительный!

Общаться можно, но слабый Wi-fi.

Nothing it a Perfect Place

"Мы выбрали этот отель на одну ночь, из-за позднего прибытия на Самоа, и поэтому его толком не успели рассмотреть и оценить. Могу лишь сказать, что это полноценная 4-ка: всё работает, всё в меру комфортно. Вполне отвечающая традициям сервиса этой сети. Кому нужен стабильный гарантированный сервис и отдых, с учётом удалённости от цивилизации, тому здесь вполне подойдёт."

Грязновато местами, как по территории, так и по коридорам и в номере. Небрежно исправляют какие-то поломки. Лагуны действительно заилинные, и поэтому после волнения океана или от движения воды в прилив/отлив - муть не оседает наверное в течение всего дня.

"Room was clean. Exellent envirment with maintoun and water view. I chose the location since it is close Tramway and Flume Gorge."

The shower I used was really small.

"Очень приятный отель. Внутри все свежее и идеально, прямо идеально чистое! Выбор на шведке на завтраке и ужине маленький, но всё умопомрачительно вкусное, шеф настоящий гений. Пляж Форбан отличный, и если купаться чуть правее, то ещё и с мягким дном без каменных платформ."

Единственное, к чему можно придраться - при заселении не помогают донести чемоданы (по крайней мере, нам не помогли). Плюс при заселении в анкете указали, что сын будет отмечать ДР и просим по возможности организовать маленький тортик (указали, что готовы оплатить его). Кусочек торта подготовили бесплатно, но не несли почему-то за ужином. Мы уже долго сидели за пустым столом, но в итоге мне пришлось идти и уточнять, подготовлен ли торт или нет. Минут через 10 его принесли, когда мелкий уже весь избубнился «ну прекрасно, день рождения без торта» 😅

"Хороший отель, теплая баня (что особенно актуально в холодные дни), приветливый персонал."

ночью в ванной комнате периодически включался и выключался свет (сам по себе), воздух в помещении очень сухой

"Exceptional staff that turn this hotel into an unforgettable getaway. The whole place truly transports you somewhere else. The staff, coming from all over the Caribbean, were incredibly warm and friendly, making our stay feel genuinely special. The owner was fantastic—always present, talking with us, sharing stories, and really bringing them to life. It has been a delightful trip and a wonderful stay. We travelled with kids and it was the perfect set up. There are no real windows (only blinds and mosquito nets), so when the kids got loud, the neighbors could hear us. However room ventilation is really good, as there is a nice breeze at night. The location is also very convenient, well connected to both the north and the south. The food was surprisingly very good for a 4 night stay, breakfast was delicious. The pool and surroundings are wonderful. Would stay here every time I go back to Dominica."

The beach sand was a bit uncomfortable with lots of rocks and twigs.

"The resort is beautiful .. there are large villas and smaller bungalows. It’s right on the beach with a lovely infinity pool and garden overlooking the beach. Rooms are comfortable and staff very friendly."

Location could be too quiet for some travelers

"I’m fond of fine dining but for a little fella from Tennessee I would have loved some bacon/ham, home fried potatoes and eggs. Maybe just a hash of some kind. And the menu, which was delicious, was limited. I love a good tuna sandwich, you provide one, but that’s more my cold cut for lunch rather than my breakfast to get started with."

Only things that you couldn’t have done anything about. But I will say that on our stay one of the employees walked by and asked about our day. When hearing about how sunburned we had gotten and wished for aloe a fresh cut cup came delivered while we were away. That’s not a compliment or a complaint. That’s above all expectation.

"I truly loved it! It was the perfect getaway on the island. Feels secluded away from the high rise hotel area. The view is breathtaking. The staff is simply the loveliest group of people. Extremely helpful, kind and hospitable. The path at the front of the hotel is perfect for a sunset or sunrise run/walk. The blend with nature is truly top! I loved it"

The whole experience (from day trips to Tuherahera and snorkelling with manta rays) was all just over the top!"

Effectively ruined all our future holidays because nothing will ever compare 😅
