"The apartment offers safe parking, is spacious, and comes well-equipped with amenities. It is suitable for couples (not ideal for children) and is conveniently close to the city center. Although it does not fully deserve a 10 yet, I gave the highest rating because I believe improvements will be made."

Overall, the apartment would benefit from a refresh to feel more welcoming and up to standard. Considering these issues, it does not currently offer good value for the money."
