"It is a pretty big and luxurious hotel by the beach just outside Umluj town. It has a good restaurant which serves open buffet for breakfast and either a la carte or open buffet for dinner (depending on the day of the week I presume). There is a decent gym on the top floor with amazing sea views. Rooms are nicely decorated and have everything you need. They gave us free upgrade to a room with full sea views which also had a balcony."

"There was only one type of pillows which was too thick & firm to our preference. Would be nice if the hotel can put at least two types of pillows so that people can choose. It is challenging to adjust the water temperature in the shower."

"The hotel is very comfortable, and the rooms are clean and spacious. We were offered an upgrade to a partial sea view which was great - thank you! The beds were so comfortable. The hotel is one of the few that has direct access to the beach, has a pool (although very cold), and decent food at the restaurant. There is a gym, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi (which you have to book in advance and has seperate times for men and women and some mixed times). The staff at the gym - Samar, and Rachesh, are super friendly and helpful - they really made our stay so much more enjoyable. The sauna and steam room are clean, and were nice to use, even as a women. We only ordered a small meal at the restaurant, which was fine. The staff were super friendly."

"We specifically came to this hotel as we read that the beach in front was good for snorkelling, however that wasn’t the case at all. No one uses the beach to swim, it’s quite rough and whatever coral is there, has died. It’s directly next to a public area that has a big sign that states “unsafe for swimming”. It’s also advertised that there are boat trips, but staff informed us that all were cancelled and weren’t so helpful to provide useful alternatives. This was disappointing for us, as this is something we wanted to do on our trip and why we stayed at this hotel"

"Location is great. Our room was spacious with amazing sea view from the side. There was a nice balcony. Everything was spotless clean. There is a very nice restaurant. Breakfast buffet was very good. Gym on the top floor was very nice, especially in the daytime where you can use the treadmills with an amazing seaview. There is a beach and a pool. We didn’t use them but they looked nice."

"It would be better to have pillows and comforters with different thickness / firmness for personal preference. Water pressure in the shower was very less and it was a bit difficult to adjust the water temperature in the shower."

"The hotel itself is very nice — the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-appointed — but what truly made my stay exceptional was the service. The staff consistently went above and beyond to help me. They did their best to accommodate my request for an early check-in, and later in the afternoon, when I unexpectedly needed to return to Jeddah from Umluj due to an issue, they were incredibly supportive. Not only did they voluntarily check whether they could refund part of my stay — and succeeded — but Nouf and her manager also took it upon themselves to actively look for a taxi to take me back to Jeddah. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. A good hotel is important, but when problems arise, exceptional staff make all the difference. Nouf and her manager handled everything in the best possible way, and I am truly grateful for their help."

"Beautiful hotel, perfect location, spacy and clean rooms, amazing beach - you are allowed to swim in bikini as a foreign woman. Food is very tasty. Thank you Wareef and Raghad,lovely reception ladies, who were very helpful and kind!"
