"The person in the reception was nice and very accommodating. The room and restrooms were clean. There's a refrigerator where you could store your food. Apart from that, the location is strategic."

"Comfortable beds, good bathrooms, lovely restaurant and bar within the hotel. Reception were very helpful during their operating hours. Note that this is a hotel with a few dorm rooms so this is not the usual backpacker vibe, which was a plus for me as it was very quiet."

"Not a proper kitchen, just a fridge and kettle. The fridge wasn’t initially plugged in so took a while to get cold. If there was one hob and a microwave would be great, so I could make my own coffee. Would justify the price a little more."

"I highly recommend this accommodation, the facilities are good, location is excellent. Mainly the lovely ladies that work there have a heart of gold and I am grateful for the whole experience. The ladies were helpful, kind and welcoming. Thank you for having me! ☺️"

"W pokoju było koszmarnie gorąco, manipulacja termostatem i wietrzenie nie pomagało. W łazience brakuje jakichkolwiek wieszaków. Lodówka i czajnik mają tylko jedno gniazdo i trzeba przepinać. Śniadanie dla gości mogłoby być nieco tańsze. Przedałaby się chociaż jedna mniejsza lampka oprócz górnego oświetlenia"

"The main selling point of this hostel is the location. It is very close to a lot of trails that are starting from Tatranska Lomnica. Also, very close to the train station. It is great for solo travellers. The staff is very friendly and they have option to store baggage at the reception desk for some time even after the check-out."

"The bathroom must be better equipped with hooks and rods to hang clothes. There are not many surfaces inside the bathroom where you can keep dry clothes. This must be surely improved. Also, the hostel does not have a coffee machine. It is very important to have a coffee machine (with pods, or filter). The staff are not very responsive to messages on Booking app. This must improve. The hostel is not value-for-money. I paid 42 euros/night, so I expected more."

"I don’t know why some reviews are low – this hostel is in a convenient location, with a clean room and always clean bathroom. The receptionist, Alexandra, was exceptional! She was so nice and helped me plan my trip."
