"Отличное место для отдыха семьей. Номера уютные, чистые, тёплые, из окон открывается очень красивый вид на горы. Персонал очень вежливый и старается сделать ваше пребывание максимально комфортным. На первом этаже есть отличный ресторан и кафе. Для детей есть игровая комната и еще одна в кафе. Сам отель расположен практически в центре городка не более чем в 5 минутах ходьбы (с детьми) до фуникулера, чтобы подняться на гору Гребиенок. Сразу за отелем расположена железнодорожная станция."

"Location (close to centre and bus/train station), easy and kind communication with the host, restaurant in the same building and even kids corner:) We were allowed to check in earlier and to check out a bit later, that was so great for us after long travel with our little one. it was a bit cold in the room when we arrived and took around day to heat the room, but warm covers made us to adapt to it. Also other good things neglected the coldness:)"
