Дно песчаное, но метра через 3 от берега оно покрыто каким-то тёмным налётом, похожим на ил. Защитная дамба мешает движению воды, и она застаивается в бухте. Мусор также встречается в воде (бумага, пакеты)."

"I am generally a resort-suspicious traveler, but Terrou Bi definitely did a lot to win me over to the concept of resort-based holiday. Everything about our stay was excellent, which included also a great new year's eve party. The hotel has everything you require in it, which is quite important if you are a first-time visitor to Senegal (and Africa) and need a 'soft' landing to a new world to be explored. Standards of service, food and cleanliness were exceptionally happy, but with a very distinct local touch. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel goes out of its way to make your stay comfortable, but it's worth remembering that it is based after all in a poor country where not all amenities are a given, even for the most well off tourist. Some things can take longer than equivalent hotels in other parts of the world (pro tip: allow LOTS of time for check-out), while the hotel is not really motivated to help you out with exploring other parts of a Dakar (it's a all-in-one resort after all). But generally there will be very little in this hotel to undermine your experience."

"Everything about the Terrou-Bi is awesome. The staff are amazing a real credit to the hotel. Room was fantastic and so clean. Breakfast had a very good range. Private beach with life guards and massive adults pool and smaller toddler pool. Very hard to find a good hotel in Dakar, but this one could compare with other locations like New Your, UK and Australia etc etc …."
