"Óptima, tudo maravilhoso!!! Só mudávamos uma coisa, no quarto, a janela que dá para a comunidade deveria de ter cortinas escuras, porque durante a noite a visibilidade de fora para dentro é muito grande, tirando alguma privacidade."

"Un réel coup de coeur pour cette maison très bien située et très agréable à vivre pour un couple. Des hôtes attentionnés et un service irréprochable. Durant notre séjour de 4 semaines sur l'île avec 4 hébergements différents, il est sans aucun doute le plus ressourçant loin de l'agitation. Merci Janina de nous avoir prêté VOTRE maison."

"Que dire de ce magnifique endroit. Nous sommes tombés sous le charme de cette maison. Niché au bord de l'océan, à l’intérieur de la maison. nous avions la sensation d'être coupé du monde. Nous nous sommes immédiatement sentis à l'aise. Quel apaisement d'entendre le bruit des vagues en continu et surtout quelle vue ! Impossible de s'en lasser. Nous y reviendrons avec les enfants, ils seront ravis"

"This is the kind of place I always dreamed of visiting. A rustic house in the tropics with calm surroundings. It's tastefully decorated and overall tidy. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The view from the verandah is stupendous! If you like birds, you can see the majority of the Principe island endemics right from the porch and even catch a glimpse of Tropicbirds and Brown boobies flying by below. People who maintain the place took good care of us and communication with the owners (in Portugal) went smoothly through WhatsApp. The owners are clearly keen to make your stay a memorable one in a positive way and have addressed many of the complaints in previous reviews like adding a mosquito net and fixing the lock."

"it was very nice safe place for our family and friends. We enjoyed swimming pool, when there was an electricity issue (almost daily) If there was electricity break , when we came from trips , they put generator to make WIfi working and air condition as well. During night it sometimes didnt work , sometimes yes, but nothing harming. After few accomodation among island we were pleased to come back here and have nice smiling people around."
