"The room is simple and has everything needed. What truly stood out is the passion and care of Messoud for his guests. We were welcomed super warmly and felt good there. Messoud was extremely kind to let us check out late and use the shower and pool after we checked out and went to the beach. The breakfast was very big, diverse and delicious. Patara beach is absolutely gorgeous. One of the best beaches I have ever seen!"

"Convenient location, close to Patara ruins of ancient city. Lovely host welcomed us. The room had all amenities: heating, hot water, hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo and perfect hair conditioner (women will understand me). Didn't have dinner, but there are cafes and restaurants within 100 metres where you can grab a bite to eat. The breakfast is delicious! Thanks to the host for his hospitality, highly recommended!"

The property is also very well located, you can access the historic sites, the beautiful Patara beach or the dunes quickly even by walking (30min) and the homemade food gives you such a comforting feeling! "The size of the room was good, everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, aircon worked well and there was a balcony to the back side. With the windows and doors closed, it wasn't too loud, however I use to wear earplugs anyway when staying in hotels. The breakfast buffet was nothing special, but sufficient. There are countless small shops, eateries and a supermarket right around the hotel and it's only a few minutes walk to the beach promenade. The value for the money was really good and I ended up staying four days instead of the one planned, because the town and the surroundings were so pleasantly nice and laid back."

"Месторасположение - великолепное. До пляжа с шезлонгами отеля идти из номера ровно 15 секунд. Пляж мелкая галька. Комфортно и хорошо. Рядом улица с большим количеством магазинчиков и ресторанов. Номер небольшой, но уютный. У нас со второго этажа балкон выходил как раз на бассейн. Бассейн нормального размера, можно поплавать. В номере чисто. Кухня оборудована всем, кроме микроволновки. Нормальный набор посуды. Имеется своя парковка. Рядом с отелем - школа водных видов спорта. Можно поучиться виндсерфингу. В целом, очень хорошее место для спокойного отдыха."
