Balcony House is offering accommodation in Stone Town in Zanzibar City. Staff on site can arrange airport transfers. Balcony House has 11 bedrooms. Each room is equipped with mosquito net and ceiling fan. Some rooms have private en-suite bathrooms, while others have access to shared bathrooms. Air-conditioning is available in most room. "Удачное расположение, чтобы остановиться на несколько дней. Много пространства, чтобы провести время вне комнаты. Очень удобно наличие кухни, где есть чайник и холодильник. Дом расположен недалеко от дома Фредди Меркури, по пути к нему есть банк с хорошим курсом, магазин с сувенирами и алкоголем. Также пешком можно дойти и до рынка специй. Несмотря на наличие общих ванн с туалетами, везде царит чистота. Также нам помогли найти такси по приемлемой цене до пляжа Нунгви. Вернулись бы сюда снова - однозначно Да!"

"Veramente favoloso! La posizione è perfetta per raggiungere il nyerere National park. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e molto disponibile, ha organizzato per noi la visita al parco. Anche lo staff è preparato e gentilissimo. Lavorano al campo anche dei Masai che ti accompagnao la sera in camera e ti aiutano con le valige. La struttura affaccia direttamente sul fiume in una posizione sicura e rialzata e da qui si può organizzare un safari in barca della durata di circa due ore in cui si possono vedere coccodrilli, vari tipi di uccelli e ippopotami. La vista dalla camera è dalla zona comune è spettacolare. La camera è pulita e spaziosa e con una vista meravigliosa. Ulteriore nota positiva è il cibo, cucinato internamente sul fuoco e veramente buonissimo. Ogni dettaglio del campo, dagli alloggi alla cucina, è curato e garantisce un'esperienza immersiva. Riassumendo....meraviglioso e fortemente consigliato."
