"We have stayed many times at the Serena Hotel, Kampala. We always find the hotel to be of an excellent standard, very clean and comfortable. The facilities on offer are excellent! The staff are also friendly and helpful. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at the hotel - the breakfast buffet has a wide choice of high quality food- there is a choice of restaurants for dinner! Both the food and service are very good in our opinion. A hotel to be recommended in Kampala if you are looking for high end accommodation! The hotel also provides excellent transportation services."

"Amazing. Luxury. The spa was incredible with the lovely steam rooms and massage was well worth it. Facilities are more than comfortable. Relaxing. Even tho it’s a large hotel the beautiful gardens bring a peacefulness to the place. The staff are amazing welcoming and cannot do enough for you to feel welcome. Hospitality is incredible. Food is excellent. Had a few local dishes which I really enjoyed."
