"We loved it. Great location and comfortable—definitely worth the money. The apartment was tidy, we could easy early check-in. There are also good cafés and shops nearby. The owner was very helpful. "Excellent location with some fun restaurants, bars & big supermarket nearby. Gym facilities were great which is located downstairs of the building. Beautiful apartment that has everything you need & in an excellent location too. Exceptionally clean, organized, had all the basic necessities. Allowed us check in very early and check out very late. We've been visiting Tashkent for over 5 years & have stayed in various types of accommodation this was by far the best. Btw, ultra fast internet. Our family had the pleasure of meeting the owner and his brother and they are lovely people, very helpful and approachable. Recommend."

"The hotel is surrounded by greenery and offers a calm, relaxing atmosphere. It is about a 12–15 minute walk to the main road, where you can find supermarkets, fast-food outlets, and various restaurants. The TV Tower is also within walking distance, just over 20 minutes away. All staff members were warm, approachable, and efficient, which greatly enhanced the overall experience."

"Замечательное место. Очень хорошее и чистое жилье. Находится в долине ручья, в зелени. Из окон видны деревья грецких орехов и горы. Рядом находится Нуратинский заповедник. Маршруты: прогулки в горах; поездка до старого дерева, которому более 1000 лет; гид-проводник показал нам петроглифы; недалеко находится место, где можно увидеть горных баранов (мы увидели). Добирались мы из Джизака на такси, которое организовал хозяин дома, все четко. Можно заказать вкусные обеды и ужины. Возможны трудности в общении, дочь хозяина учит английский, отец хозяина хорошо знает русский язык. Так как это таджикская деревня, используйте переводчик с таджикского языка. Спасибо большое за гостеприимство, нам очень понравилось!"

"We had a wonderful stay. It's a good way to get to know the Uzbek culture, far away from the touristy areas. It's run by a family. Nigina and her girls cooked amazing fresh food every day. Best food we had in whole Uzbekistan especially the Plov, even the guides who stayed there it's one of the best they ever had. Raxmat is an amazing host he helped us with thing from the beginning till the end, with transportation or also with hike tours. The place is good for every type of travellers, there were also some families, solo female travelers etc. For us, we stayed 3 nights, it was nice to disconnect (they have wifi) but we never used it. There is plenty of things to do like hiking etc. We will miss this wonderful place. Thank you again Raxmat and Nigina!"
