Виллы на Майотте

"Perfect location with great views of the mountains and river in the beautiful town of Arco. The apartment was nicely decorated in italian style and included a great hot tub bath and a 4k television. The kitchen was reasonably well appointed with an induction hob and a combi oven, and a fridge freezer. There was free parking available in an underground garage, but we were on foot - the pedestrian entrance came out right onto the pretty alleyways in the Arco old town."

The check in details could have been clearer. The keys had to be collected from "Arcoplant", which is a small garden centre a long way from the apartment. We got there on a Sunday, so the garden centre was closed and it was difficult to get in touch with the owner, but they were really friendly and helpful once we found them.

"The house was very charming. The views were gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the gas fireplace! The kitchen was outfitted with lots of dishes, serving dishes, utensils and everything you can think of. We appreciated that."

The kitchen was very cold. The hot tub was older and had a bit of a musty smell and all the jets didnt work. But it was great to have it in a screened in porch. Theres only 1 main bathroom and 1 ensuite. So if you dont mind people walking into your bedroom to get to the 2nd bathroom.

This was a good bed and breakfast stay for us, only thing I didn’t like was the price but that’s nothing to do with the property it’s just a netherlands standard thing which is around 200 per night

"Большой привет хозяйке Линде!!! Замечательная женщина! Душевная, веселая, заботливая. И деньги поменяет, и примет радушно, и пообщается с удовольствием. Чудесные, красивое, уютное, очень чистое место. Вид шикарный, воздух изумительный. Вай фай летает!! Безопасно, красиво. Сотрудники вежливые, старательные. Даже сами предложили с их пальм снять кокос. Специально слазил, очистил и это бесплатно. Никто ничего не попрошайничает. Чувствуешь себя уютно. В домике есть все для приготовления: плита, духовка, вся посуда, все приборы, микроволновка, тостер, сковородки, кастрюли. Каждый день по 2 большие бутылки воды ставятся и даже по приезду было молоко, кофе, чай, сахар, перец, соль. Линда по приезду позаботилась о нашем ужине и заказала блюда из краба как мы просили с доставкой."

"The hone was beautiful and relaxing. We absolutely loved our stay. The only thing was the shower handle was broken and rje shower head pressure was so low. We will recommend this little piece of serenity to all our friends and family. See you next time! Thank you"

"El lugar, las habitaciones, todo muy lindo y limpio."

"Everything was just beautiful. We had hot weather but it was cool inside and the pool was great. Thé location was close to Normanville for morning swims. We loved the surrounding gardens and eating outside under the grapevines. Everything was good quality and well thought out. It was friendly and relaxing. We loved the personal art and objects collection around the house and the way it was so carefully restored. It was a privilege to be able to stay there with our friends from Sweden who also loved the experience."

There was nothing we didn’t like

"Отличное местоположение, до Балатона 5 мин. пешком, до Хевиза 10 мин. на машине. Территория дома идеальна, бассейн и джакузи илеальны для отдыха. Спасибо хозяевам за прекрасно подготовленный отдых."

Единственный недостаток это немного "уставшая" мебель - диван и большая кровать. Но возможно это наши придирки.

"Gerçekten çok güzel bir ev. Ev sahibi de gayet ilgiliydi. Yataklar temiz ve rahattı. Mutfakta yeterince gereç vardı. Bahçesi çok güzeldi."

Çamaşır makinesi değişmeli diye düşünüyorum. Çalışıyor fakat biraz fazla gürültülü ve çok uzun süre de yukarı. Banyo için komple bi değişiklik olabilir. Özellikle kış ayları için daha ısınabilir hale getirilebilir. Fakat yine de her şey çok iyiydi.

"Easy to find and get into. Nice outside area and comfortable bed. We didn't stay very long and got in late, but enjoyed our stay overall."

The ceiling fan didn't work well and it was really hot. The room was like a hotbox. It was a heat wave in the area so not entirely the property's fault but they could do with maintenance on the fan.

"This is beautiful property! Spacious, bright, well equipped and comfortable. Breathtaking views from the terrace. Just few minutes from Ferry by local taxi (EC& 30 in 2025)."

There are no mosquito nets. When you don’t like using AC it could be a problem.

The pool is beside a house under construction.

"Очень уютная вилла. Протрясающая территория ! Утопает в зелени, ухоженная, 4 черепахи) Есть все: кресла, жезлонги, гамаки, гриль, огромная веранда с баром на которой чудесная хозяйка Дафина ( со своей великолепной командой) бесконечно нас угощали. Хозяйка организовала незабываемый Новый Год: море вкусной еды, качественный алкоголь, фейерверки, музыка и белые скатерти! Спасибо за такой презент. Но это ещё не все! Были ещё ужины с мясом- барбекю, рыбой на гриле. И даже трансфер был в подарок. В номере есть все: кофемашина, тостер, даже посуда Zepter, белоснежные полотенца и постельное белье. Бронировали эту виллу два раза подряд, в следующий раз только к Дафине! Дети наши тоже переехали к Дафине им тоже очень понравилось. Расположение удобное. До пляжа минут 5 под кронами деревьев, магазины, остановки рядом. Вся наша семья 4 взрослых и 4 детей ,бесконечно благодарит Дафину и её команду и желает процветания. Мы вернемся!"

If the weather is clear at night, you can admire the starry sky, in the city you cannot see such starry beauty because of the street lighting."

In reality, the size of the rooms is slightly smaller than they look in the photos. But this does not reduce the overall satisfaction of living.

W środku czysto, bardzo dobrze wyposażony – niczego nam nie brakowało. Cisza, spokój i pełen komfort sprawiły, że mogliśmy naprawdę odpocząć. Świetna lokalizacja i warunki zarówno dla dorosłych, jak i dzieci. Zdecydowanie polecam – na pewno tu wrócimy!"

الكول سنتر سيئ جداً وتم ارسال موقع السكن غير صحيح وتم اخذ مبلغ 1000 درهم تامين واجراءاتهم معقده جداً وكانت الشقه ضييقه وصغيره عكس التصوير

Не хватало мягкой мебели около камина…

The bathroom.. Especially the one upstairs was not functioning and was not functional. It was spoiled and one had to use a bucket of water to flash. The breakfast provided was quite basic and not worth it.

The location is a bit out of the way. Only one shop was nearby. So if you rent, it’s better to have your own means of transportation.
