"I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The property itself was lovely, and my room was spotless, tidy, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the complimentary slippers — a small touch, but it really added to the overall comfort. The rooftop pool and hot tubs were a real highlight and made the stay feel extra special. I also made good use of the gym, sauna, and steam room, all of which were well‑maintained. I enjoyed my stay so much that I even ended up booking an extra night. The staff were excellent — friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. I misplaced my watch during my stay, and they quickly helped me locate it and returned it to me, which I was very grateful for. The hotel is also in a great location with easy access to the main sights of Ho Chi Minh City, and taxis pick you up right outside, making getting around very convenient. Overall, a brilliant stay and I’d happily return. Highly recommended!"

"We are surprised that we can hear what the neighbours are talking as if we were in the same room. We were afraid if their meeting with big volumes of music did not stop in the night. Actually our neighbours suddenly stop the music then became quiet. I wish we could expect sound insulation."

"Classic hotel, good as a base for seeing the city. Neighbourhood is not so touristy so they are very nice local restaurants, shops and cafés. The hotel has a vibe filled with gold. The stuff was very helpful and provided us with everything we need."

"Large room on the 18th floor. Clean and tidy for what you are paying. Good view from the 24th/25th floor where the pool and roof top bar are. Staff at reception, house keeping, concierge, and door were all very lovely."
"Very slow service at bar and restaurant. We were the only people in the restaurant one night (we just needed to quickly eat and sleep), and it took over an hour for two meals that would normally be very quick to prepare. Another night we were seated for the buffet at the furthest table, and saw no staff to order drinks from. Poor sound proofing between floors."
