Lava Hotel

"Персонал очень вежливый, очень доброжелательный, относился всегда душевно. Я немного напутал в датах, работники ресепшена сами предложили все поправить, хотя могли отказать. Также помогали с поездками по острову. Попал под дождь, из-за влажности футболка не сохла, надо было срочно уезжать, постирали и высушили за пару часов, не оставляли на следующий день. При отеле есть ресторан, работает с утра до вечера, выбор еды на ужин разнообразный. Расположение в Апиа, до многих достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком. Отель понравился, рекомендую."

"The location of the hotel is prime, right in the centre of Apia. There was a Pharmacy, Cafes and stores within walking distance, not to mention the Cafe onsite. There was a park, bus terminal & Apia wharf across the road, all within walking distance."

"The shower basin was slightly leaking onto the bathroom floor, perhaps another application of sealant will fix it."

"The breakfast was excellent and the hotel is located in the city of Apia which make it easy to access meeting place and shopping centres."

"Everything! The fact it was perfect for my Elderly Father, accessible to the restaurant & Carpark. Just very well thought out. Not to mention the Service & Great hospitality the staff showed us."

"There was nothing to not like - the only minor issue we had was the interconnecting doors weren’t open as lock was somewhat jammed. However it was not a biggie, the friendly staff made up for it."

"Please watch out for the cleaning staff to make sure the quest or residence has received all their bathroom stuff like bath towels bath mats hand towel and face wash and also just requested about the shower door it’s not close properly from inside when you enter the shower please also water still comes out underneath the shower door please but everything it’s all awesome thanks"

"I absolutely loved my stay at Lava Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. Their genuine Samoan hospitality made me feel at home straight away. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. The location is also fantastic—close to town, the waterfront, and great spots to eat and explore, which made getting around very easy. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay, and the staff truly made the experience special."
