"The apartment was spacious and clean upon our arrival. There was a private, secure parking space with a badge system. The staff were very helpful and always available, even outside opening hours, with an emergency number provided in case of any issues. Although it wasn’t in the center of Pristina, it was well located as the street was lively."
"The furniture was fine but not the most comfortable—for example, the sofas in the living room were visibly worn and had cigarette burns from previous guests. In our case, the Wi-Fi stopped working from the second day, and even after we reported it, it wasn’t fixed. It did happen over the weekend, which might explain the delay, but it was still inconvenient."

"Location was kind of difficult to find. Even after speaking with the owner/staff and explaining him where we were, he couldn’t help us locate the property. Just so you know, the property is not in the direction that is written in the booking description but somewhere close to it. We also tried to contact the phone number displayed in the description but received no answer, we messaged via the Booking app but only got an answer after 9pm which was also the deadline for the check in and if you wanted to check in after 9pm you had to pay a fee of 5 euros"
