"Всё отлично. Новый, красивый, чистый отель. Классный номер на семью с двумя детьми, очень удобные матрасы, в родительской спальне была ванная, жалко что не было балкона, но это был первый этаж, хотя были номера и с выходом в бассейн. Был небольшой кухонный уголок, много полотенец, халаты, тапочки, в холодильнике вода, кондиционер работал хорошо. Хороший вкусный завтрак на высоком этаже с видом на город и на море. Чистый красивый бассейн, для него дают огоромные мягкие полотенца. Была подземная стоянка, но мы встали снаружи прямо напротив входа в отель, там всегда оставалось место. Спасибо за приём."

"I love the warm welcome I received from Havo, she was exceptionally kind and I’m grateful for the hospitality especially after I drove for about 4-5 hours to the destination. She made sure that everything was provided and was always up on her feet to be helpful and provide the best service. At the end of our stay I made it clear to her that I would be coming back to stay at the exact same place since the location is the best, it’s close to some of the best beaches in the whole of ksamil. Loved everything. Even the woman who cooked our breakfast every morning was such a sweetheart! She was always ready to do anything if asked. So I thank everyone at the hotel for being so exceptional. Hope to see them soon again."

"Was a little further from the strip which was actually lovely but the pool was freezing! Much colder than the sea but it was refreshing."

"The hotel was exceptional! The rooms were very clean and newly renovated, modern style, with a balcony. The reception girls were so helpful and kind, helped us book a taxi, book a ferry and were always available and keen to help. The location is perfect, being a few mins walk from the beaches, and a 20 minute drive to Saranda. There is a bus from the Saranda ferry port to a bus stop 5 mins walk from the hotel and it is 2 euros or so. The breakfast is buffet style with a nice view to the beach. I wouldn't say the breakfast was the highlight of our stay, but we were extremely pleased with the rest and highly recommend!"

"Great location- off busy strip but close to beaches and restaurants. Small and friendly. Beautiful fixtures and fittings- very comfortable beds and good bedding. Loved having 2 bedrooms which were spotlessly clean. Really nice breakfast and staff very helpful."

"Lack of coat hangers (2 each!) but staff tried to find us some more. Coffee machine in room didn’t work and stingy with tea/coffee in room. Steps in pool were slippery."
