"Месторасположение хорошее. Вокруг джунгли,свежий воздух. Птички поют. До моря 10 мин.пешком. Пляж красивый,чистый,с лежаками. С балкона шикарный вид на море. Хозяин очень добрый. Уборка каждый день. Есть общая кухня."

"Очень хорошее расположение, тихое место. Очень красивые домики вокруг, когда идешь к крепости и озеру, любуешься. Очень уютная квартира. Было тепло и тихо."

Единственный минус, не очень удобный диван в гостиной, маленький для четырех человек.

"The place was very, very quiet (you only heard the rustling of th sea) and the view on the sea was extremely beautiful, one of the best sea views I ever saw (and I travelled a lot!). When I was there I also saw very many butterflies. The room was well equipped with fridge and tea facilities. The lady can make good meals. The village of Sauteurs is only half an hour walking from the place over a quiet road. Sauteurs is a little dull but has a certain Caribbean charm."

There is no airco. The cottages are on a slope, so sometimes you have to climb from your cottage to th reception and restaurant.

"Location and view from balcony of the sea and Orient Bay amazing, sit and watch the sunrise. Walk along the beach to restaurants and bars in the day and evening. Linda was there to greet us, very friendly and helpful. Apartment clean and comfortable. Small shop onsite for bread etc, everyone friendly lots of wild life, birds, bearded dragons and donkeys!"

"We were warmly welcomed by the owner of the property - we felt right at home. He was very keen to host and you could really tell this in the way he interacted with us. Communication prior to our arrival was also very informative and friendly. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was amazing. So comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean and small touches around the room were cozy and well thought out. The surroundings are peaceful and our night stay was exactly what we needed after a big hike that day. Great for relaxation."

The hot water doesn’t last for very long but the water pressure is super good!

"everything was just perfect and the stuff was super amazing people like Tima, Cecilia and Fanya also the chef, was my first time being in Mozambique and I was lucky to choose 40/40 accomodation for my stayand it motivated me to come back again that side spends my holidays."

Network was poor but I can't blame the guesthouse it's was also everywhere I went in Mozambique.

"Чудесный очень с отличным руфтопом, вид на город очень впечатляет. Очень тихо, совсем не слышно шумного города. Кристально чистый бассейн. Отличная еда, все очень вкусно, и цены нормальные. Номера очень современные и чистые, горячий душ с хорошим напором. Удобная кровать, много подушек, все очень-очень чисто и красиво. И замечательный персонал, очень дружелюбный , помогали нам во всех вопросах. Качество значительно превосходит цену. Однозначно рекомендую! Редко пишу отзывы, но в этом случае не могу остановиться ) мы будем с теплотой вспоминать волшебный ужин под звёздами с видом на ночной Лотос и прекрасных людей в отеле! Ayubovan!"

Жаль что мало времени провели в этом чудесном месте. Было очень хорошо!

"Чистота и лаконичность номера. Смогли подключить ноутбук к телевизору. Были часы на стене в номере и они шли!! Матрасы - супер!"

Нет ершика для унитаза.😅. Не смогли воспользоваться стир машинкой ( а переводчиком воспользоваться не додумались). Зарядить мобильный и зубную щётку удалось только на кухне

The cleaning of the room should be more thorough, can still see alot of dust at the 2 side pillars inside the room. The living room table top wasn't clean and wiped daily as can still see stains after housekeeping. Ahld provide washing sponge if cooking is allow.

"Very comfortable sleeping room, big kitchen and dining room area. Everything you need regarding cleaning, washing and household. Within 15 minutes of walking you can get directly to the city center and the harbour. The town park is within a 5 minute walk. Marna is a very friendly and humorous person as well. So everything was awesome!"

"Quiet neighbourhood but not secluded. Close to Blue Bay, very close to Kokomo Beach for great snorkelling early in the day, and the flamingo habitat was always fun to check out. Grocery store was a 5 minute drive away. Many restaurant choices a short drive away. 10-15 mins from downtown Willemstad, with plenty of parking near the Fort. Ed was a wonderful host! And the private pool at the end of a long hot day was a blessing."

Could not find coffee filters for the coffee machine in any store…:)

"The staff were really kind and helpful. And they never even expect to be tipped. We wanted to tip the girl who was so helpful to us throughout our stay but there was nobody there on the day we left because our flight was too early."
