The AC in the bedroom was too noisy. And i hope they will fix the elevator soon.

"We love the area, close to the ocean, the view is fantastic. We lived in Trou deau Douce 25 years ago at Valmarin. It was wonderful to be back and these apartments has so much potential, but unfortunately it’s not taking care of. The cleaning lady was very kind."

The apartments weren’t cleaned when we arrived. The underfloor apartment was full of black mold. The pool is not taking care of. No sunbeds. You could easily do a quick renovation, do some painting and take care of these apartments and it would be wonderful. Now we love this area and has lot of friends in Trou deau Douce so we wanted to stay there. We had no contact with the owners, they didn’t answer us, but the housekeeper/cleaning lady was nice and answered, she come and clean when we asked for it.

"A small hostel-style place. It's located on a fair distance to public transports, restaurants, shops, as well as the beach. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We liked the style of the whole place. Unfortuneately, we had a bad experience one of the nights with another guest, but this had nothing to do with the hosts or the hostel itself, and the hosts were quick to act and made sure that guest had to leave the next day. The hosts even offered us to compensate us, even if the incident wasn't their fault at all. So a big thank you to host Layla and her husband!"

The area around the hostel can be considered a bit rough. Otherwise I have no complaints at all - as I said, the incident had nothing to do with the hostel itself and the host acted very professional to prevent it from happening again.

"Расположен в лесу, очень красивый сруб, просто невероятно уютная общая гостиная с настоящим камином и фортепиано. Я играла. Дети тоже. Гости, с которыми встретились там просто замечательные люди. Публика отличная, сразу видно. Можно выходить и сразу кататься на лыжах в лесу. Все так и делали. Есть сауна, с бассейном. Это так приятно. Мы плавали с детьми, причём никого не было. Сауна в в соседнем домике. Когда у нас сын случайно закрылся с ключом в номере и уснул, сразу приехал персонал и открыл дверь."

Мелочи, но напишу их тоже: выдали один ключ на семью из 4 человек. В сауне я так и не поняла, как включить свет и работает она с 18-22. А еще там в сауне был камин, очень хотелось его зажечь, но в дровах не было зажигалки. И было бы здорово поставить там чай или воду. Так как есть очень уютная комната отдыха.

The room was basic (ie basic bathroom, wardrobe, tv, no desk) and was in the process of being cleaned when I arrived, but then this could be reflected in the 'budget' cost I paid for the accommodation.

"The apartment was clean, stylish, and comfortable with excellent facilities including a kitchen, microwave, fridge and freezer, widescreen TV with Sky, lovely big sliding door with great views over Gib, as well as access to a pool and gym, with a Costa coffee in the foyer. It’s in a great location near some very nice restaurants such as Rendezvous, The Lounge, Monique’s, and Cafe Pepe (fabulous fish!) and a short walk to a nice tapas wine bar, Main Street, Casemates Square and only 20 mins walk to the cable car. The added bonus is being next door to Morrisons- we don’t want to eat out all the time so it is very convenient to have bread, cheese, salad, and wine on the doorstep. All the staff are incredibly nice, with a special mention for Kristina who gave us a really amazing room! I’ve been here for work many times, this is the first holiday we’ve ever had here and I highly recommend staying at Atlantic Suites - for a perfect holiday apartment."

"Месторасположение - великолепное. До пляжа с шезлонгами отеля идти из номера ровно 15 секунд. Пляж мелкая галька. Комфортно и хорошо. Рядом улица с большим количеством магазинчиков и ресторанов. Номер небольшой, но уютный. У нас со второго этажа балкон выходил как раз на бассейн. Бассейн нормального размера, можно поплавать. В номере чисто. Кухня оборудована всем, кроме микроволновки. Нормальный набор посуды. Имеется своя парковка. Рядом с отелем - школа водных видов спорта. Можно поучиться виндсерфингу. В целом, очень хорошее место для спокойного отдыха."

Интернет очень плохой. Медленный и еле ловил в номере. На пляже не работал, хоть и был обещан сотрудниками.

"Маючи веливий досвід відпочинку на курорті Ясна в районі Білого путі саме в цих апартаментах ми зупинялись перший раз. Розташування майже ідеальне, прям біля лижного схилу та двох витягів. Перебування в апартаметах було доволі комфортним. Власники апартаментів також є вланиками ресторану на першому поверсі. Вони дуже допомогали нам вирішувати всі наші проблеми та побажання."

Інвертар на кухні недостатній або за великим рахунком віджив своє та потребує оновлення.

"The proximity to the city centre, the beach, restaurants and the marina. Living room and kitchen well equipped. Nice fridge size. Nice to have the option to make a barbecue although we didn’t use it this time. And great staff! Very sympathetic and ready to help! Nice parking space!"

Our bed was too soft for our taste, sofa is starting to get a little old but it was very comfy, and I’ve missed something to hang our swimming suits on.

"Mona was exceptionally helpful and communicated clearly to get me settled in. The room was spotlessly clean and the maid service kept it in excellent shape. The staff at the building were friendly and helpful, especially security who looked after our car,"

It is a little hard to find and it might not be a bad idea to have some instructions in thai for the driver, we spent a while locating it. Once found it was easy enough to find again.

"Mi experiencia en este hotel fue maravillosa. Está ubicado justo frente a la playa, lo que me permitió disfrutar de amaneceres y atardeceres espectaculares sin tener que moverme demasiado. La zona es muy tranquila, perfecta para descansar y desconectar. La habitación me sorprendió gratamente: además de ser muy bonita y luminosa, resultó muy cómoda y estaba equipada con una cocina que tenía todo lo necesario para preparar mis comidas. La piscina es amplia y agradable, ideal para relajarme después de pasar el día en la playa. Sin duda, lo que más destaco son las vistas increíbles que hicieron mi estancia aún más especial. Recomiendo totalmente este lugar y volvería sin pensarlo."

"Location and view from balcony of the sea and Orient Bay amazing, sit and watch the sunrise. Walk along the beach to restaurants and bars in the day and evening. Linda was there to greet us, very friendly and helpful. Apartment clean and comfortable. Small shop onsite for bread etc, everyone friendly lots of wild life, birds, bearded dragons and donkeys!"

"Квартира не большая. Для двух человек вполне комфортно, Кровать удобная. Есть еще диван который можно разложить, Квартира чистая. Всегда была горячая вода. Есть стиральная машина и место где можно сушить белье. Рядом пляж. Очень близко к океану (первая линия). Есть парковка на территории. На кухне вся необходимая посуда. Кондиционер. Отличный интернет."

Ну кухне не хватало моющего средства и мочалки для посуды.

"Останавливаемся в этом отеле уже не в первый раз. Удобное местоположение между границей и ЖД вокзалом, до границы 8-10 мин. пешком, бесконтактное заселение по коду не вызвало никаких затруднений и возможно даже в очень позднее время. Очень порадовала прекрасно оснащённая просторная кухня-кафе со всем необходимым не только для простого перекуса, но и для приготовления еды при необходимости. Здесь достаточно просторные чистые номера с удобными кроватями. Так что, если вас не смущают общие туалет (по-моему их 2) и душ (по-моему их тоже 2), то могу вполне рекомендовать этот ApartHOTELL для остановки/ночлега. Справедливости ради замечу, что есть дополнительные раковины для умывания и мытья рук и никаких очередей в местах общего пользования не было совсем, везде тихо и спокойно."

В этот раз были удивлены и несколько озадачены, увидев целую кучу муравьёв на кухне в корзинке с конфетами и на столешнице. Откуда они взялись??? Очень громко работает(прямо тарахтит) кондиционер, спать во время его работы невозможно, а окно не открывается((

"The place is wonderful! Spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The area is beautiful and quiet, with all shops very close by. The hosting family is so kind, and we truly felt at home. The neighbors in the neighborhood are also very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant. The garden and outdoor space are just perfect. There is also a dining hall and a fully equipped kitchen that we used for a barbecue, plus bathrooms available on the ground floor near the kitchen and dining area. Everything was simply perfect and made our vacation safe and amazing. A big thank you for the warm hospitality!"

The cleaning of the room should be more thorough, can still see alot of dust at the 2 side pillars inside the room. The living room table top wasn't clean and wiped daily as can still see stains after housekeeping. Ahld provide washing sponge if cooking is allow.

"Quiet neighbourhood but not secluded. Close to Blue Bay, very close to Kokomo Beach for great snorkelling early in the day, and the flamingo habitat was always fun to check out. Grocery store was a 5 minute drive away. Many restaurant choices a short drive away. 10-15 mins from downtown Willemstad, with plenty of parking near the Fort. Ed was a wonderful host! And the private pool at the end of a long hot day was a blessing."

Could not find coffee filters for the coffee machine in any store…:)
