"Классный бассейн, просторный номер, удобная широкая кровать"

"Чудесный очень с отличным руфтопом, вид на город очень впечатляет. Очень тихо, совсем не слышно шумного города. Кристально чистый бассейн. Отличная еда, все очень вкусно, и цены нормальные. Номера очень современные и чистые, горячий душ с хорошим напором. Удобная кровать, много подушек, все очень-очень чисто и красиво. И замечательный персонал, очень дружелюбный , помогали нам во всех вопросах. Качество значительно превосходит цену. Однозначно рекомендую! Редко пишу отзывы, но в этом случае не могу остановиться ) мы будем с теплотой вспоминать волшебный ужин под звёздами с видом на ночной Лотос и прекрасных людей в отеле! Ayubovan!"

Жаль что мало времени провели в этом чудесном месте. Было очень хорошо!

Мы пешком с детьми гуляли до набережной Бунд, Шанхайского музея естественной истории. Самые положительные впечатления от нашего пребывания в этом отеле. Прекрасное сочетание цены и качества."

"отличное месторасположение в центре, остановка автобуса из аэропорта 6001 находиться прям возле входа в отель, станции метро и другие автобусные остановки находятся в пешей доступности. Номер комфортный, уборка 2 раза в неделю. есть плита и можно приготовить еду."

Сам номер и санузел требует ремонта. и нет шторки в душе, но со временем привыкаешь к этому.

The building looked a little older and some of the fittings looked like they needed some tlc.

"The property was clean, well equipped and well maintained. The little beach was lovely with enough sun beds for everyone. There are only 4 restaurants in walking distance (one was around d 18 mins up the hill on the main road) and one bar that closes at 7pm. The Bucaneer shop is not very well stocked and the nearest supermarket is a drive away."

The pool was cleaned daily but could do with a midday skim as there’s a lot of tree debris that falls in. The beach is a thoroughfare for cruisers that have been dropped off for the day to get to the public beach

"The staff were really kind and helpful. And they never even expect to be tipped. We wanted to tip the girl who was so helpful to us throughout our stay but there was nobody there on the day we left because our flight was too early."

"The apartment was clean, stylish, and comfortable with excellent facilities including a kitchen, microwave, fridge and freezer, widescreen TV with Sky, lovely big sliding door with great views over Gib, as well as access to a pool and gym, with a Costa coffee in the foyer. It’s in a great location near some very nice restaurants such as Rendezvous, The Lounge, Monique’s, and Cafe Pepe (fabulous fish!) and a short walk to a nice tapas wine bar, Main Street, Casemates Square and only 20 mins walk to the cable car. The added bonus is being next door to Morrisons- we don’t want to eat out all the time so it is very convenient to have bread, cheese, salad, and wine on the doorstep. All the staff are incredibly nice, with a special mention for Kristina who gave us a really amazing room! I’ve been here for work many times, this is the first holiday we’ve ever had here and I highly recommend staying at Atlantic Suites - for a perfect holiday apartment."

"El hotel en general es muy bonito, y la piscina está muy Bien: Mis chamos no querían salir de la piscina, en especial por el pequeño "Parque" acuático que tienen en las instalaciones de la piscina. Las piscinas las mantienen muy Bien limpias, incluso fuimos testigos de la limpieza exhaustiva que realizaron a la piscina de niños. El personal de mantenimiento le damos un buen "pulgar arriba". Se nos daño la cerradura y la cambiaron Al mismo momento en el que lo reportamos, a pesar de que tenían "various casos de emergencia" que necesitaban atender. Muy bien por El líder de mantenimiento."

El desayuno fue un desastre. Cuando llegamos nos asignaron una muchacha para hacerle seguimiento a nuestra "experiencia" en El hotel y nos dijo: "El desayuno es a la Carta, así que no hay que preocuparse". La verdad es que solo habían 3 tipos de desayuno y eran sumamente estrictos (no se podía cambiar pan por arepa por ejemplo). La Carta decía "huevos Al gusto", sin embargo no había huevos hervidos. A la final nos lo prepararon (porque Les explicamos que eran para Los niños) no sin antes mostrar una cara de desacuerdo y "volteada de ojos" no muy agradable. Por otro lado, El hotel estaba casi full (hecho corroborado por Los mismos administradores / trabajadores del hotel), y la disponibilidad de mesas era escasa, en incluso se hacían colas, especialmente, cerca de la hora de cierre del restaurant (10a.m.). Como especialistas en Gerencia e Ingeniería de costos, entendemos claramente que el objetivo de servir "desayunos a la Carta", es tratar de bajar costos (no toman en consideración que bajar costos en la situación de ocupación en la que se encontraban significa incrementar estrés a su personal y al turista), sin embargo eso se puede hacer con El hotel a poca ocupación (quizas igual o menor Al 30-40%) no con el hotel a 80% de ocupación. La mejor manera de manejar la comida con dicha ocupación, es preparar desayunos tipo Buffett. Se lo hicimos saber a la Gerente encargada del restaurant, sin embargo la misma no recibió la sugerencia de buenas maneras.

"Very quiet and amazing location on the riverbank, despite the proximity of the center of Saigon so noisy and polluted. Nice building with spectacular views and lovely decoration. My appartment was spacious and very pleasant to live in."

"Отдыхали 7 дней с 16 февраля. Плюсы: отзывчивый Имран, расположение, чистота, бельё капельно белое, ежедневная уборка, пополнение воды, чай, кофе, сахар, выдали зубную пасту и щетки, плед для ребенка, сушилку для белья принесли, балкон открыли. Чудесный, чистый, с подогревом, с детской заной бассейн с белыми полотенцами, зонтами, лежаками и лаунж зоной. Удивил вертикальный огород с зеленью на лаунж зоне. Для салатик а всегда можно сорвать разной зелени. Приятно пахнет в коридорах. Два лифта.Заказали такси до аэропорта за 150 дирхам Аль Мактум. Кухонной утвари вполне хватало."

Мебель нуждается в обновлении. Не было горячей воды, вызывали ремонтника, сделал. Не работал сейф, при этом взяли 200 дирхам за сохранность. Нужно проверять все. Трансфера на пляж в воскресенье не бывает, в другие дни нужно записываться с вечера. На рецепш. по английски тебя слабо понимают через приложение переводчик. У нас заболел ребёнок, так мы ходили в соседний Космополитан там девочки русскоговорящие помогали. К стати, в аутлет молл трансфер от Космополитана. Можно с ними ехать без проблем. Даже на пляж с ними в воскресенье ездили, возле "паруса" зона. Хотелось бы что бы балкон открывался без отдельного вызова и был бы с минимальной мебелью. Дороговато.

"Номер соответствует фотографиям. Отличное месторасположение отеля, есть частная парковка и укрытие. При заселении в номере было чисто, на кухне необходимые принадлежности для приготовления и употребления пищи, есть посудомоечная и стиральная машинки, но ими не пользовались. В ванной комнате два комплекта полотенец, гигиенические наборы. В спальне большая кровать и теплое одеяло, подушки небольшие. Звукоизоляция между номерами хорошая. При выезде с собой в дорогу дали круассаны и водичку. В целом, проживание понравилось, но были и нюансы :)"

На пятом этаже очень слышен звук системы кондиционирования, это гудение мешает спать. В номере, если не включать отопление, очень холодно, батареи не работают, но если включить отопление - опять-таки шум очень мешает спать. Свободных номеров, чтоб нас переселить, сказали нет. В номере убирали за все время проживания один раз и после просьбы убрать, а с учетом того, что в номере есть кухня и люди могут готовить еду - мусора было многовато для маленького ведерка :( Вешали табличку с просьбой убрать, но она так и осталась нетронутой, когда спросили на рецепции, сказали, что время уборки закончилось, у вас уберут завтра.. Парковка небольшая, места может не хватить и нужно будет поставить авто на территории академии, которая в соседнем здании. И еще, в номере не оказалось халатов, что не помешало бы.

Unfortunately the weather was not so good when we were there but there was a nice walkway down to the beach and a nice pool area and I would certainly come back and stay for longer in the summer when this hotel would really come into its own."

The staff member served us breakfast but as it was laid out as a buffet I think I'd rather have just helped ourselves. We were the only ones there so it felt a little strange having someone waiting around just in case we wanted an extra slice of break or cup of coffee.

Фонарь уличного освещения был прямо над номером, спасали только шторы блек аут. И как небольшое пожелание, оставляйте в номере не ного сахара, чая и кофе, и не ножки порошка для стирки. А то приехали в 4 начи, хотели простирается с дороги.

The bedroom was so hot and I couldn't sleep well for the 3 weeks,the air conditioning didn't seem to do it's job but was on

فقط هناك شيء واحد لم يعجبني واتمنى ان يعملو على تحسينه.. المفروض يضعوا كارت على الباب الذي يحتوي على عبارة ( عدم الازعاج او الرجاء تنظيف غرفتي) لاننا نضطر كل يوم لابلاغ الارسيبشن ان يقوموا بتنظيف الغرفة واذا نسينا فأنهم لا يقوموا بتنظيفها الا بطلب من الزبون

It is a little way from the main part of town and at the bottom of a very steep hill!

"Very comfortable sleeping room, big kitchen and dining room area. Everything you need regarding cleaning, washing and household. Within 15 minutes of walking you can get directly to the city center and the harbour. The town park is within a 5 minute walk. Marna is a very friendly and humorous person as well. So everything was awesome!"
