"Нас поселили на 7м этаже. Видно город, хотя и смотреть особоинемна что. На 9 этаже бассейн и ресторан,опять же виды вокруг. Номер очень большой, у каждого своя комната, туалет. Душ нормально функционирует. Есть кухня. Куллер с водой. Можно платить картой. Внизу есть супермаркет. Рядом банки, гдн можно поменять деньги."

Нас трое заселилось,но карту для входа дали одну,вторую попросили позже. Небольшая путаница с лифтами. При заселении просят залог 100$ наличными.

The amenities listing was incorrect for kitchenware. There was only 2 cups which to us did not equate to kitchenware. We booked an apartment with a kitchenette due to my food intolerances and needing to self cater. We did get some by asking.

"We loved the view from our eco friendly and very well appointed self contained place - we could see the sea and were surrounded by trees, flowering plants and birds. We liked being a short walk downhill to the village of Castara with grocery shops, places to eat local food and entertainment. Bars on the beach were very friendly. We loved getting a boat to nearby coves and snorkelling. Paradise for us!"

The fairly stiff walk back from the village is fine as long as you don't rush. The Castara Retreats Restaurant serves lovely fresh fish caught locally but wine as you might expect is eye wateringly expensive. Try Stag beer instead and even that is twice as expensive as in the village.

It is quite pricey (but so is Beirut in general)

"Excellent no complains great value for the price the nightly rates do not do justice to te quality clean spacious room full size kitchen and bathroom. If you are traveling on a budget I highly recommend this place. I'll be staying there next time. Very quiet also. AC also available and good quality WIFI."

Nothing to dislike about my stay.

"Our whole family loved this place. The garden setting is beautiful and very well maintained, and the kids absolutely loved the pool — it was a real highlight for them. The location is superb: close to the beach and right by the marine reserve, which made for some of the best snorkelling we experienced. A fantastic spot for a relaxed family stay."

За 2.5 дня проживания, ни раз не поменяли полотенца и не делали уборку. Но за эти деньги в принципе всё хорошо 👍

"Останавливались с мужем на 2 ночи в октябре 2025 года на 3 этаже. Хозяйка аппартаментов приятная и интеллигентная женщина. Аппартаменты находятся вблизи океана, в шаговой доступности от Медины, порта, крепости. Вокруг много магазинчиков и кафе. В комнатах достаточно чисто, они оформлены с марроканской аутентичностью. Чистое белье и полотенца- меняли ежедневно. На кухне есть посуда и моющее средство. Горячая и холодная вода подается с хорошим напором. На окнах - плотные шторы."

Нет фена. Но, возможно, его нужно было просто попросить у хозяйки. Я обошлась своим феном.

"I loved the resort, everyone is nice, food was good and good service, room was cleaned daily, had a one bedroom and it was spacious and comfortable. Pool were beautiful. Location was ok, shuttle to beaches which is a great touch, 25 min to palm downtown or 13$ cab. Safe! Would return"

I would have liked if they separate the kids from the pool bar area to the other pool .

Может быть шумно всю ночь, если спать с открытыми окнами. И это еще не совсем в прохожих местах отель стоит. Персонал дружелюбный, говорят на немецком. Рекомендую."
