"everything was just perfect and the stuff was super amazing people like Tima, Cecilia and Fanya also the chef, was my first time being in Mozambique and I was lucky to choose 40/40 accomodation for my stayand it motivated me to come back again that side spends my holidays."

Network was poor but I can't blame the guesthouse it's was also everywhere I went in Mozambique.

"The hotel across the road where you check in and where breakfast is served is gorgeous with antiques all around you. The apartment was also beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and comfortable. It had a washing machine and the heating dried everything really quickly. The staff were lovely, they stored our luggage before check-in and ordered us a taxi to the train station when we were leaving. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide selection of foods. Yoghurts and juices were in glass containers, no plastic anywhere. Fantastic and really thoughtfully done. The location in Gamla Stan, just a few steps from the royal palace and Storkyrkan was ideal. I'd recommend getting a cab from the train station in winter if you have heavy luggage. The walk from the metro station is a challenge with the cobbles and snow. But the location is truly worth the effort."

"The place is wonderful! Spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The area is beautiful and quiet, with all shops very close by. The hosting family is so kind, and we truly felt at home. The neighbors in the neighborhood are also very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant. The garden and outdoor space are just perfect. There is also a dining hall and a fully equipped kitchen that we used for a barbecue, plus bathrooms available on the ground floor near the kitchen and dining area. Everything was simply perfect and made our vacation safe and amazing. A big thank you for the warm hospitality!"

The air-conditioning system was not working properly but it was running. They should have provided drinking water bottles.

Номера очень современные и чистые, горячий душ с хорошим напором. Удобная кровать, много подушек, все очень-очень чисто и красиво. И замечательный персонал, очень дружелюбный , помогали нам во всех вопросах. Качество значительно превосходит цену. Однозначно рекомендую! Редко пишу отзывы, но в этом случае не могу остановиться ) мы будем с теплотой вспоминать волшебный ужин под звёздами с видом на ночной Лотос и прекрасных людей в отеле! Ayubovan!"

La habitación me sorprendió gratamente: además de ser muy bonita y luminosa, resultó muy cómoda y estaba equipada con una cocina que tenía todo lo necesario para preparar mis comidas. La piscina es amplia y agradable, ideal para relajarme después de pasar el día en la playa. Sin duda, lo que más destaco son las vistas increíbles que hicieron mi estancia aún más especial. Recomiendo totalmente este lugar y volvería sin pensarlo."

"Beautiful territory, nice stuff, excellent location, proximity to the beach. Absolutely beautiful place to stay close to the old port, very convenient for the kids to swim. A bit outside of the city and I loved it! Walking distance to the kite beach or shell cemetery. Enjoyed to be surrounded by so many flowers on the territory. Definitely good value for the money. Book in advance!"

The kids bed wasn’t really comfortable and was somehow uneven.

The AC in the bedroom was too noisy. And i hope they will fix the elevator soon.

Our room was located near the pool pump so was a bit noisy; we had to keep the balcony doors closed at all the time

"Beautiful and relaxing setting looking at surrounding hills. Spacious apartment with all you need and nice pool to cool off in. Dimitris and family are wonderful and friendly hosts. Short stroll into Main Street of zaros. Highly recommend the property."

"Very close to the beatch. nice outdoor pool with slides. nice garden (helps when its very hot). Clean beatch compared with neighbours. Kids playground"

On evenings, in a beatch can hear music from a nearby hotel (guess that could be an issue in all sunny beatch)

"Квартира не большая. Для двух человек вполне комфортно, Кровать удобная. Есть еще диван который можно разложить, Квартира чистая. Всегда была горячая вода. Есть стиральная машина и место где можно сушить белье. Рядом пляж. Очень близко к океану (первая линия). Есть парковка на территории. На кухне вся необходимая посуда. Кондиционер. Отличный интернет."

Ну кухне не хватало моющего средства и мочалки для посуды.

"Персонал очень приятный, очень добродушный хозяин и хозяйка.Для удобно, что можно было договориться о позднем заезде т.к приехали из Болгарии. Есть своя парковка, а не на улице т.к в Скопье с этим трудно у нас большая машина. Инет иногда не очень работает, но приходиться можно. Из минусов нет холодильника в номере, но на 1-2 ночи это не критично. Рядом есть кафе, ресторанчики и бары. Прекрасный домашний завтрак. За такую бюджетную цену рекомендую."

"Очень приятное, атмосферное местечко. Старый дом, аутентично, очень уютно и приятно. На месте можно вкусно поесть. Подача блюд приятно удивит."

Не то, чтобы не понравилось. Были зимой, в сильный мороз. Был номер под крышей, из щелей очень дуло. Было очень холодно. Но летом, думаю, там отлично.
