Key card for lift was problematic. Lounge was a litle sparsely furnished.

Было сложно разобраться с кодовыми замками на входе в отель. Лучше бы был обычный замок на ключе. На кухне в отеле газовая плита, но нет спичек. Это плохо, так как зажигать газовую плиту обычной зажигалкой (для сигарет) — плохая идея. Нам приходилось делать факелы из бумаги и зажигать их зажигалкой, а затем ими зажигать плиту.

"У нас был семейный номер с кухней. Все чисто, персонал приветливый. Завтрак очень разнообразный и вкусный. Расположение недалеко от метро People's Square. Мы пешком с детьми гуляли до набережной Бунд, Шанхайского музея естественной истории. Самые положительные впечатления от нашего пребывания в этом отеле. Прекрасное сочетание цены и качества."

"We arrived after 8.30 so there was no one at the desk. However, the instructions to enter were very clear, and we got to our room successfully. On entry, it was really cold and not enough blankets, so sleep was not good on the first night.We didn't know how to turn on the heating and the TV was not set up. There was no milk to make a beverage, so we had to try and find a shop for the simple supplies. We found a number to call on the following day, "which was Sunday," and a very helpful young man sorted out the problems. Overall, our stay was pleasant,and once the issues were sorted, and staff are very friendly and helpful."

The fact that there was no basics for arrivals at night.

"Хорошее расположение. Персонал постоянно на связи. Подробно была рассказано как войти в гостиницу и забрать ключи (приехали в вечернее время). Кухня со всем содержимым"

Немного скучная завтрак

"Чудесный очень с отличным руфтопом, вид на город очень впечатляет. Очень тихо, совсем не слышно шумного города. Кристально чистый бассейн. Отличная еда, все очень вкусно, и цены нормальные. Номера очень современные и чистые, горячий душ с хорошим напором. Удобная кровать, много подушек, все очень-очень чисто и красиво. И замечательный персонал, очень дружелюбный , помогали нам во всех вопросах. Качество значительно превосходит цену. Однозначно рекомендую! Редко пишу отзывы, но в этом случае не могу остановиться ) мы будем с теплотой вспоминать волшебный ужин под звёздами с видом на ночной Лотос и прекрасных людей в отеле! Ayubovan!"

Жаль что мало времени провели в этом чудесном месте. Было очень хорошо!

"отличное месторасположение в центре, остановка автобуса из аэропорта 6001 находиться прям возле входа в отель, станции метро и другие автобусные остановки находятся в пешей доступности. Номер комфортный, уборка 2 раза в неделю. есть плита и можно приготовить еду."

Сам номер и санузел требует ремонта. и нет шторки в душе, но со временем привыкаешь к этому.

"The hotel grounds are beautiful and well kept. The apartments are comfortable and clean. Owners very friendly and attentive and easy to reach via Whatsapp should you need anything. Supermarket 5 min walk away."

The only thing with the place is that if you don't drive (like me), it's quite far away from everything (which I kind of knew from researching when I booked so that was my choice) There are no buses but if you're driving, I would say it's perfect for a quiet, chilled stay in beautiful surroundings. I would probably still go back just for a few days if I re visit Aruba.

"It is a self-contained island of greenery (nice big garden) and quiet, with lots of things for a 5-person family to do and a lovely atmosphere. The team running the Villa were super friendly and supportive - our daughter needs to eat gluten free food and they helped us by ensuring fresh gluten free bread every day in the morning for her and once even baked a special cake. Our energetic two year old could run in the garden, play with the toys from the toy collection and enjoy the sandbox, which kept him busy and us as relaxed as possible... The fully equipped kitchen gave us the freedom to cook as we needed to. And the option to use the bicycles with a baby seat was just great. Would gladly go back for another stay."

The location isn't really within walking distance of Nuuk centre, but buses and taxis are available. Not much to see and do in immediate area.

"The staff were very polite and attentive, and the rooms were absolutely spotlessly clean! It was by far the best breakfast in Africa! A lovely touch with Homemade granola & even detox juice along with a great selection to sit every tastebud!! Fantastic!"
